Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է․ 

Պարտություններից ու նման աղետներից  հետո ռացիոնալ վերականգնումը սկսվում է մեկ Իռացիոնալ կետից. հասարակությունը պետք է վիրավորվի։ Երկիրը պատերազմի տանելու, պատերազմը ժամանակին չկանգնեցնելու, անծայրածիր Եռաբլուրի համար, կորսված Արցախի, աղետի ֆոնին իշխանական լկտի պահվածքի, քեֆերի ու վայելքների, Ալիևի կողմից մեր արժանապատվության գռեհիկ ոտնահարման, տխրության ու կորստի օրերին իշխանական ցուցադրական լուսանկարների, այն գռեհիկ իրականության համար, որ այս իշխանությունը նվիրեց ու նվիրում է մեզ, յուրաքանչյուրիս ու բոլորիս՝ միասին վերցրած, այս ամենի համար հասարակությունը պետք է վիրավորվի մինչև հոգու խորքը։ Փոփոխության կրիտիկական զանգվածը ոչ թե միտինիգի բազմամարդությունն է, այլ՝ հասարակության մեջ վիրավորանք զգացած քաղաքացիների անհրաժեշտ քանակը։

Մինչև հայ ժողովուրդը չվիրավորվի ու չորոշի արտահայտել իր վիրավորվածությունը, փոփոխություններ սպասել պետք չէ։ Քանի չի վիրավորվել, Ալիևը ունենալու է հնարավորություն և, կներեք, իրավունք՝ մեզ վիրավորելու։ Մենք մեզ մարդու պես չենք պահում, որ մեզ մարդու տեղ դնեն։

Հավաքական վիրավորանքը նշանակում է՝ մերժել գռեհիկ ներկան։ Մենք պարտավոր ենք լինելու ամաչել մեր պահվածքից, ամաչել, որ հանդուրժել ենք, որ թույլ ենք տվել, որ խոնարհվել ենք, որ «Մեծարգո» ենք ասել, որ մանր շահի համար ուրացել ենք ամեն ինչ, հազար ու մի արդարացում ենք գտել մեր անարժանապատիվ պահվածքի համար։

Իսկ քանի դեռ սա չունենք, ստիպված ենք լսել Ալիևի խոսքերը. «Թշնամուն, որը դեռ 2019-ին ասել էր «Ղարաբաղը Հայաստան է, և վերջ», մենք ստիպեցինք ասել, որ Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջան է, և շարունակելու է դա ասել»։ Սա միայն Նիկոլին չի ասվել, սա բոլորիս է ասվել։

Սա հնարավոր է դարձել առանց կարմրելու «մեծարգո» ասողների համայնքի և նրանց առաջ ճկվողների շնորհիվ, և ամեն անգամ, երբ ձեզ և ձեր մտերիմներին հանուն պաշտոնի ուղարկեք մեծարգո ասելու, հիշեք սա։ Երբ Արցախում քաղաքների ու գյուղերի քանդմանը զուգահեռ Հայաստանի քաղաքներում ու գյուղերում պետական մակարդակով արհեստական գռեհիկ ճոխությամբ տոնական միջոցառումներ են կազմակերպվում, հիշեք դա։  Հիշեք «մեծարգոներին», որոնց ձեռքը սեղմել եք ու խոնարհվել, որոնց թույլ եք տվել շարունակել իշխել՝ իրենց բերած բոլոր աղետներից հետո։ Ու Ալիևի ասածներից վիրավորվելուց առաջ վիրավորվեք ինքներդ ձեզնից՝  ձեր փոքրությունից, ձեր բաժին մասնակցությունից։

Հասարակությունը հենց սկսվի վիրավորվել՝ փոփոխությունները սկսվելու են։ Բայց ապագայի հայտ ներկայացնող ուժերի խնդիրն է՝ հասկանալ հասարակության, հասկանալ, թե ինչ շերտեր ինչ վիճակում են, ինչ կարևոր բաներ են քանդված ու դեֆորմացված, որպես պարտության հասարակություն՝ ինչ ժամանակավոր ենթամշակույթներ կան։ Հասկանալ, աշխատել, փոխել։
