Մենուա Սողոմոնյանը  ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ 

Ուսանողների միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ օրեր առաջ շնորհավորական ուղերձով հանդես գալով՝ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը, մասնավորապես, կոչ է արել ուսանողներին լինել պահանջատեր կրթության որակի նկատմամբ, չհանդուրժել միջակությունն ու ժամավաճառությունը, լինել հարցասեր, ունենալ կասկածներ, չվախենալ իրենց մտահոգությունները բարձրաձայնելուց։

Կասկածից վեր է, որ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը, մեղմ ասած, քաջատեղյակ է հատկապես վերջին շրջանում ԵՊՀ-ում և Բրյուսովում տեղի ունեցած կադրային ջարդից։ Նա անկասկած տեղյակ է (կրկին մեղմ ասած), որ կադրային այդ ջարդը առնվազը որոշ դեպքերում էապես ազդել է կրթության որակի վրա․․․ բացասաբար է ազդել (հանգամանք, որի վրա հրավիրում է ուսանողների պահանջատիրությունը)։

Նա շատ լավ գիտի, թե ո՛ր դասախոսներից ազատվելու համար ի՛նչ շինծու հիմքեր են կիրառվել, թե ի՛նչ արձագանքներ է տվել ուսանողությունը որոշ դասախոսներից ազատվելու դեպքերի վերաբերյալ։

Անդրեասյանը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, քաջատեղյակ է նաև, որ կադրային այդ ջարդը չի վերաբերել բազմաթիվ ժամավաճառ, դասախոսություն թելադրող, արխայիկ մեթոդներով դասավանդող, սուբյեկտիվ գնահատող, ուսանողների հետ կոպիտ վարվող դասախոսների․․․
Անդրեասյանը ի պաշտոնե ունի՞ լծակներ վերոնշյալ իրողություններին համարժեք արձագանքելու համար։ Հաստատապես այո։ Ունի՞ հնարավորություն դիրքորոշում հայտնելու։ Հաստատապես այո։ Կիրառե՞ց որևէ լծակ։ Ո՛չ։ Հայտնե՞ց որևէ դիրքորոշում։ Ո՛չ։

Այսքանից հետո քանի՞ կոպեկի արժեք ունի պահանջատեր, քննադատ ու հարցասեր լինելու մասին նախարարի ազատականութենաթաթախ այս հորդորը ուսանողներին, երբ ինքն իր վարքագծով հակառակն է անում։

Սա նման է այն դեպքին, երբ հայրը երեխային խրատում է լինել ազնիվ, չստել, հետո, երբ հնչում է դռան զանգը, պատվիրում է դուռը բացել ու ասել, որ «պապան հոգնած-քնած է»։
