Աշտարակի ոստիկանապետ Սերգեյ Մարտիրոսյանը պաշտոնից ազատման դիմում է գրել: Ոստիկանությունը երեկ բերման էր ենթարկել Արագածոտնի մարզպետ Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանի օգնական Արմեն Մարկոսյանին` ապօրինի կերպով, մոտ 11,5 գրամ թմրամիջոց պահելու հիմնավոր կասկածով։ Իշխող ուժի հեղինակությանը հասցված այս հարվածի համար քպականները ողջ կազմով որոշել էին պատժել ոչ թե մարզպետի օգնականին, այլ ոստիկանապետին, որը համարձակվել էր բերման ենթարկել ՔՊ անդամին։

Մամուլում երեկ արդեն տեղեկություններ էին տարածվել, որ Աշտարակի ոստիկանապետին հեռացնելու են համակարգից՝ իր հանդգնության համար։ Ի վերջո, Մարտիրոսյանին հեռացրեցին, իսկ ՆԳՆ-ից ապարդյուն փորձում էին համոզել, թե ոստիկանապետի ազատումը կապված չէ այս իրադարձությունների հետ:

Ուշագրավ է, որ ոստիկանապետի հեռացման հարցում բավական ակտիվ էին այսպես կոչված «սորոսական» շրջանակները։ Դանիել Իոաննիսյանը գրառում էր արել, նշելով, որ Աշտարակի ոստիկանապետը խիստ խնդրահարույց է: «Ատեստացիայի սահմաններում արձանագրել էի, որ նրա ենթականերն ատեստավորման նախորդ օրը լուռ հետևում էին կրիմինալ ծեծկռտուքին, որ նա հարցազրույցի ժամանակ սուտ տեղեկություններ տվեց ատեստացիայի հանձնաժողովին՝ կապված բաժնի տեսախցիկների աշխատանքի հետ։ Ավելին, իր մասով խնդիրներ էին արձանագրվել նաև հոգեբանի կողմից, բայց դա, այն ժամանակ, ևս անտեսվել էր ատեստացիոն հանձնաժողովի մեծ մասի կողմից: Այս ընթացքում նրա գործունեությունը/անգործությունը բավականին «արխային էր գցել» տարածաշրջանի կրիմինալին:

Ոստիկանությունում չի կարող ծառայել որևէ մեկը, ով կրիմինալի հետ «ախպերություն» է անում, սեղան կիսում: Առավելևս, եթե այդ մեկը բարձրաստիճան ազգական ունի ՆԳՆ-ում»,- գրել էր Իոաննիսյանը:

Փաստացի, ոստիկանապետին հեռացնելու բավական լայն գործողություն էր նախաձեռնվել՝ ներգրավելով նաև ՀԿ սեկտորին։ Ըստ էության, ոստիկաններին կոշտ հրահանգել են այլևս ուշադրություն չդարձնել իշխող ՔՊ-ի անդամների մանր զանցանքներին։ Այս ամենը տեղի է ունենում ՆԳ նախարարի պաշտոնում Արփինե Սարգսյանի նշանակումից հետո։ Արդյո՞ք ոստիկանությունում դեռ կան մունդիրի պատիվը պահող ոստիկաններ, որոնք կհամարձակվեն ընդվզել նման ապօրինության դեմ, թե՞ ոչ։
