Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Իլհամ Ալիևի նոր հայտարարությունները՝ Հայաստանի դենացիոնալիզացիայի ծրագրի բացահայտման հերթական վկայություն, Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը։ 
 
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է․
 
«Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հայտարարությունները մեկ անգամ ևս փաստում են, մեր այն պնդումները, որ քննարկվողը ոչ թե խաղաղության պայմանագիր է, այլ Հայաստանի դենացիոնալիզացիայի ծրագիր։
 
Մեր իրավունքների պաշտպանության գործիքակազմերից հրաժարման, միջազգային դատարաններից հայցերի ետ քաշման, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման, Հայաստանի սահմանադրության փոփոխության և հայկական բանակի վերաբերյալ հնչող պահանջները ոչ թե ուղղված են խաղաղության հաստատմանը, այլ միտված են հայկական գործոնի և ինքնության ոչնչացմանը։
 
Այս նպատակի իրականացման տրամաբանության մեջ են նաև Հայաստանում ադրբեջանցիների բնակեցման ծրագրի մասին հայտարարությունները։
 
Մեկ անգամ ևս արձանագրենք պարզ ճշմարտությունը, որը բանակցային սեղանին վախենում է բարձրաձայնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը.
Հայաստանի տարածքում տարբեր ժամանակներում բնակություն հաստատած ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձի հարցը չի կարող նույնացվել և համահավասարեցվել Արցախից՝ ցեղասպանության անմիջական վտանգի տակ բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցների իրավունքների վերականգնման խնդրի հետ։
 
Եթե Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է բարձրացնել այդ հարցը, ապա այն պետք է քննարկվի Բաքվում և Սումգայիթում բռնի տեղահանված, կոտորածների հետևանքով փախուստի դիմած հայերի իրավունքների համատեքստում։
 
Արցախահայության վերադարձի իրավունքն ու կարգավիճակը պետք է լինի հայկական շահերով առաջնորդվող ցանկացած բանակցողի առաջնային և գլխավոր օրակարգը։
 
Միայն բանակցություններում Արցախի հարցի հստակ առաջ քաշումը, մեր իրավունքների համառ պաշտպանությունը կարող են զսպել Ադրբեջանի նոր պահանջները և ագրեսիան։ Հակառակ դեպքում, Ալիևի կողմից հնչեցված հայտարարությունները մեկ անգամ ևս վկայում են, որ Ադրբեջանին զիջումներով խաղաղեցնելու ծրագիրի վերջնարդյունքը միայն նոր ու ավելի կոշտ պահանջներն են լինելու»։
