«Քաղպայմանագրում» նոր սկանդալ է հասունանում

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունում նոր սկանդալներ են հասունանում, և դրանց կիզակետում կրկին ԱԺ Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն է։ Գիշերային sms-ներից հետո, երբ Փաշինյանը պաշտոնանկ արեց մի քանի ուժայինների, որոնց հետ Քոչարյանը լարված հարաբերություններ ուներ, վերջինս գործի էր անցել և տենդագին փորձում էր այլ ազդեցիկ կուսակիցների տակը փորել։

Ընդ որում, Քոչարյանն իր շուրջ փոքր խմբակ է հավաքել, որոնց միջոցով էլ աշխատում է տարբեր քպականների դեմ։ Մասնավորապես, տարբեր առիթներով, հատկապես ՔՊ խմբակցության և նախաձեռնող խմբերի նիստերին կոռուպցիոն տարբեր երևույթների մասին տեղեկություններ էին փոխանցում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին այս կամ այն պաշտոնյայի վերաբերյալ։

Ինչպես և սպասելի էր, վերջիններս էլ ձեռքերը ծալած չեն նստել, բավական հաստ թղթապանակ են հավաքել թե՛ Քոչարյանի, թե՛ նրա կողմնակիցների վերաբերյալ, և հանդիսավորությամբ փոխանցել վարչապետին։ Այսօր կամ վաղն էլ ՔՊ-ն նիստ է գումարելու, որտեղ կրկին «ինքնաքննադատության օր» են անելու։ Քոչարյանին պարզ ասել են, որ տեղյակ են նրա ու իր հովանավորյալների կատարած քայլերից, մեկ առ մեկ ներկայացնելու են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Չի բացառվում, որ ոչ միայն Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը, այլև մի քանի այլ պատգամավորներ զրկվեն մանդատներից։ Իսկ 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքները քննող հանձնաժողովի զեկույցը կներկայացնի այլ պատգամավոր։
