Какие проекты были наиболее обсуждаемыми и какие государственные ведомства наиболее активными с точки зрения законодательных инициатив в уходящем году? «Паст»

Газета «Паст» пишет:

«Паст» в течение года почти в каждом номере затрагивал проекты, представленные различными государственными ведомствами на общественное обсуждение. В итоговом номере, основываясь на информации, доступной на едином веб-сайте публикации проектов правовых актов, кратко представим, какие ведомства были наиболее активными с точки зрения представления проектов и какие проекты были наиболее обсуждаемыми.

Итак, с помощью графика, доступного на сайте, можно увидеть статистику о десяти государственных органах, представивших наибольшее количество проектов. В течение года самым активным было Министерство образования, науки, культуры и спорта, представившее около 800 проектов, за ним следует Министерство юстиции, которое представило около 800 проектов, на третьем месте находится Министерство экономики с примерно 700 проектами.

В десятку государственных органов, представивших наибольшее количество проектов, входят Комитет государственных доходов, Министерства труда и социальных вопросов, Территориального управления и инфраструктуры, Министерства окружающей среды, здравоохранения, Обороны, Комитет по градостроительству.

А какие проекты являются наиболее обсуждаемыми, согласно данным, доступным на сайте? Одним из них является представленный Министерством ОНКС на общественное обсуждение еще летом 2020 года проект, касающийся стандарта общего образования. Второй - это еще один проект, представленный тем же Министерством ОНКС, который касается порядка финансирования общеобразовательных учебных заведений из госбюджета. Он был вынесен на общественное обсуждение вновь в 2020 году и в настоящее время находится в стадии доработки. Тройку самых обсуждаемых проектов снова завершает Министерство ОНКС с другим своим проектом, который был представлен на общественное обсуждение в январе-феврале 2024 года. Проект был об изменении названия предмета «Армянская история». Напомним, что предмет был переименован в «История Армении».
