«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունից հեռացված պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանը կուսակցություն է հիմնում. այս մասին նա հայտարարել է իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում։ «Նախաձեռնող խմբի անունից լիազորված եմ հայտարարել, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված ընթացակարգով սկսում ենք կուսակցություն հիմնադրելու գործնթաց։ Կուսակցության անվանումը լինելու է՝ «Միացյալ ազգային սոցիալիստական կուսակցություն»՝ ՄԱՍԿ։ Հիմնադիր համաժողովի անցկացման վայրի, օրվա, ժամի մասին կհայտարարենք 2025 թվականի հունվարի 3-ին»,- գրել է Աղազարյանը։

Առաջին հայացքից նախկին քպականի այս հայտարարությունը կարող է ծաղրի և տարակուսանքի առարկա դառնալ։ Սոցցանցերում առաջին արձագանքը հենց այդպիսին էր։ Հատկապես, ծաղրում էին կուսակցության անվանումը, զուգահեռներ տալով ընդհուպ Իլոն Մասկի հետ։

Իրականում, Հովիկ Աղազարյանն այս որոշմամբ փորձում է ապահովագրել իրեն քաղաքական մեթոդներով, իշխանության հնարավոր հարձակումներից։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ նրա դեմ առնվազն երկու քրեական վարույթ է հարուցվել՝ կաշառքի և պետական գաղտնիքի հրապարակման հոդվածներով։ Աղազարյանը հասկանում է, որ ինչ-որ պահի գլխավոր դատախազը մտնելու է խորհրդարան՝ իրեն քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու միջնորդությամբ։ Եվ կուսակցության ստեղծմամբ բարդացնում է իշխանության գործը։ Այդկերպ, նա հնարավորություն կունենա հայտարարելու, որ իրեն հետապնդում են իր քաղաքական հայացքների համար։

Աղազարյանին «քաղաքական հայացքներ» վերագրելն, իհարկե, կարող է դիտվել ֆանաստիկայի ժանրից, բայց որ սեփական կաշվի պաշտպանության համար ողջամիտ որոշում է կայացրել, աներկբա է։ Նրան այդ խորհուրդը տվե՞լ են, թե՞ ինքն է գլխի ընկել, հայտնի չէ։
