Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախօրեին Ադրբեջանին առաջարկների փաթեթ էր հրապարակել, ամենավերջում նշելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը լուծարելու հնարավորության մասին։ Կանխատեսել էինք, որ այդ փաթեթը հրապարակվում է բացառապես Ալիևի քմահաճույքներն իրականացնելու, առաջին հերթին հենց ՄԽ-ն ցրելու նպատակով։ Առողջ տրամաբանությունը հուշում էր, որ բոլոր այդ առաջարկների ընդունումից և կատարումից հետո միայն հնարավոր կլինի խոսել ՄԽ-ն ցրելու մասին։ Ինչպես և սովորաբար լինում է Փաշինյանի պարագայում, շաբաթն ավելի շուտ եկավ ուրբաթից։

Վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակը ծավալուն պարզաբանում է տարածել՝ նշելով, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը դիտարկում է ՄԽ-ն լուծարելու հարցով ԵԱՀԿ դիմելու հնարավորությունը: Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը, բնականաբար, Փաշինյանի հրահանգով, հիշեցրել է անցած տարվա դեկտեմբերին իր վերադասի տված հարցազրույցը, որտեղ Փաշինյանը կառուցողական էր համարել ՄԽ-ն ցրելու հնարավորությունը։ «Մենք հասկանում ենք այն դիրքորոշումը, որ եթե չկա կոնֆլիկտ, ինչ իմաստ ունի կոնֆլիկտի կարգավորմամբ զբաղվող ձևաչափի գոյությունը: Բայց մենք նաև ուզում ենք համոզվել, որ հենց այս նույն տրամաբանությամբ է հարցին մոտենում Ադրբեջանը, և նրա մղումը, ասենք, օրինակ այսպես կոչված «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» խոսույթի զարգացմամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքի նկատմամբ ագրեսիվ քաղաքականություն իրագործելը չէ»,- նշել էր Փաշինյանը:

Փաստացի, այս շտապողականությունը վկայում է՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Ալիևի հրահանգով շտապում է լուծարել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը, իսկ դրա թիվ մեկ շահառուն հենց Բաքուն է։ Որևէ այլ բացատրություն ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների պահվածքում չկա, և սա ապացուցում է նրանց խամաճիկ լինելու փաստը։
