«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն ասել է. «Լավ կլիներ, որ ՀՀ վարչապետն ընդուներ «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներին։ Որքան ինձ հայտնի է, նրանք պատրաստ են գնալ Երևան: Այդ հարցը օրակարգից չի հանվի այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ ադրբեջանցիներն անվտանգ պայմաններում չեն տեղակայվել Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանում, այդ թվում ՝ Արևմտյան Զանգեզուրում»:

Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանությունը նոր բան չէ, հարցն այն է, որ հակառակորդը գնալով ավելի է լկտիանում և ՀՀ իշխանությունների հետևողական զիջումների ֆոնին անընդհատ ավելացնում է պահանջները: Շատ փորձագետներ բարձրաձայնում են, որ Ադրբեջանը փաստացի պատրաստվում է ՀՀ-ի ապառազմականացմանն ու դեմոգրաֆիկ դեմքի փոփոխությանը։ Բաքուն նոր ռազմական ագրեսիայի համար քարոզչական հիմքեր է ստեղծում՝ մեղադրում է ՀՀ-ին զինվելու մեջ։

«Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը չեն գիտակցում աշխարհաքաղաքական ստատուսքվոն՝ Ադրբեջանն անտեսելու է թե՛ Ֆրանսիայի, թե՛ ԱՄՆ-ի նախազգուշացումները. Բաքուն ցանկանում է վերացնել հայոց պետականությունն ու միանալ Թուրքիայի հետ՝ Մեծ Թուրանի շրջանակներում։ Հայոց պետականության վերացումից հետո Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան, անգլո-սաքսոնական ուժերի, Իսրայելի հետ միասին, հարվածելու են Իրանին՝ փորձելով հասնել Իրանի կազմաքանդմանն էթնիկ-կրոնական սահմաններով»,-անդրադառնալով թեմային՝ գրում է «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» տելեգրամյան ալիքը։

Հեղինակները ուշադրություն են հրավիրում այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ Ադրբեջանն ակտիվ զինվում է, նորանոր պահանջներ է առաջ քաշում՝ ՀՀ-ում ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձի և, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հարցում. «ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները պետք է ոչ թե ՀՀ քաղաքացիների զգոնությունը բթացնեն խաղաղության մասին թեզերով, այլ հայ ազգին ու հայոց բանակն ակտիվորեն պատրաստեն նոր պատերազմին։ Ալիևի հաջորդ թիրախը Սյունիքն է. նա չի էլ թաքցնում իր մտադրությունները։ Արցախի օկուպացիան Սյունիքի դեմ ագրեսիայի միայն առաջին փուլն էր»։

Նշվում է նաև, որ ՀՀ-ն պետք է խորացնի ռազմական կապերը ՌԴ-ի ու Իրանի հետ, քանի որ Մեծ Թուրանի ծրագիրն ուղղված է նաև այդ պետությունների դեմ։ «Իրանը հայամետ դիրքորոշում ունի «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հարցով, սակայն Դոնալդ Թրամփի իշխանության գալով՝ ԱՄՆ-ն որդեգրելու է ավելի հակաիրանական և իսրայելամետ դիրքորոշում։ Ադրբեջանին ձեռնտու է լինելու Իրանի դեմ մեծ պատերազմը, քանի որ այդ պարագայում Բաքուն փորձելու է օկուպացնել Սյունիքը։ Հարավային Կովկասը մեծ տեմպերով գնում է դեպի նոր պատերազմ և առկա աշխարհաքաղաքական ստատուս-քվոն շուտով փոփոխության է ենթարկվելու»,-գրում է ալիքը։
