«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Կառավարության գլխավոր մասնաշենքի առաջ առևտրով զբաղվողների՝ նախօրեի բողոքի հախուռն դրսևորումը միանգամայն սպասելի էր՝ հաշվի առնելով Փաշինյանի իշխանության որդեգրած «հարկային տեռորի ու համատարած թանկացումների» քաղաքականությունն ու հասարակության շատ լայն շերտերում դրա հարուցած դժգոհությունը: Նման դեպքերում կիրառում են նաև «խուլ դժգոհություն» բառակապակցությունը, բայց այն արդեն «խուլ» չէ, քանի որ մեկնարկած օրացուցային տարվա այս կարճ ընթացքում սա արդեն երկրորդ խոշոր նման դրսևորումն էր:

Բայց հատկանշական է, որ հարկային բեռի անհարկի ավելացման դեմ բողոքող բազմության մեջ գտնվեցին լրագրողների վրա բղավող կերպարներ, որ, ի լրումն ամենի, բացականչում էին, թե՝ «մի՛ քաղաքականացրեք, ես վստահո՜ւմ եմ մեր վարչապետին, նա պարզապես նրբություննե՜րը չգիտի...»: Այնպիսի տպավորություն է (և դրա մասին խոսել ենք ոչ մեկ անգամ), որ մեր հասարակության մի ստվար զանգված, երբեմն նաև առանձին գործիչներ սարսափում են «քաղաքականություն» բառից ու դրա հոլովումներից: Թե բա՝ «մի քաղաքականացրեք»:

Մարդիկ բազմությամբ եկել են կառավարության շենքի առաջ ու բողոք են արտահայտում: Դա արդեն իսկ քաղաքական հարց է: Բացեք ցանկացած քաղաքագիտական գրականություն ու կարդացեք: Չեն կարող իշխանության, կառավարության ընդունած օրենքները, որոշումները, որոնք շոշափում են հասարակության տարբեր շերտերի ուղղակի շահերը, ինչպես և նույն հասարակության ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի արձագանքներն այդ ամենին քաղաքական ու քաղաքականացված չլինել: Դա ինքնին քաղաքականություն է:

Մյուս հատկանշական պահն այն է, որ, ցավոք, «քաղաքականությամբ չզբաղվողների» մի մասը ձայն չհանեց, երբ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը երկիրը տարավ պատերազմական աղետի, երբ հանձնեց Արցախը, երբ հանձնեց Կիրանցի ու Ոսկեպարի հողերը...

Բայց երբ բանը հասավ անմիջապես գրպանին հարվածելուն, նրանք վերջապես տեղից մի փոքր շարժվեցին: Փաստորեն, ժողովրդի գրպանի և այդ գրպանը մտնող ձեռքի մասին Փաշինյանի դարակազմիկ «փլիսոփայությունն» ամենևին համոզիչ չի ընկալվել նույնիսկ նրան երկու անգամ ընտրած անձանց կողմից: Մարդկանց մեծ մասը հանգում է այն համոզման, որ այդ ձեռքն ամենևին էլ իրենցը չէ, այլ փաշինյանական իշխանությունն ընդամենը ուզում է սողոսկել ժողովրդի գրպանը: Բողոքող առևտրական կանանցից մեկը միանգամայն լակոնիկ, հյութեղ ու դիպուկ բնորոշեց իրավիճակը. «Ժողովրդին սարքել են գազար, որտեղ հասնում՝ «ծյոռկում» են»:

Գրպանը, ըստ այնմ, որպես քաղաքական կատեգորիա, գալիս է առաջին պլան՝ անկախ այն բանից, թե դա ում որքանով է դուր գալիս:
