Բաքվում ընթանում է Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության կեղծ, շինծու դատավարությունը: Թեմայի հետ կապվա հայտարարություններ են արել Հայաստանի ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործիչները, ուժերը, ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ ունեցող փորձագետներ: Ավելին, նրանք որոշակի քայլեր են անում միջազգային հանրությանը լսելի դարձնել Ադրբեջանի ապօրինությունների մասին: Այնինչ, Հայաստանի իշխանություններն այնպիսի պահվածք են որդեգրել, կարծես պետքները չէ, ավելին՝ նույնիսկ գոհ են այս վիճակից:

«Հայացք» վերլուծական կենտրոնի փորձագետ Աննա Կարապետյանն ասում է, թե սա Հայաստանի իշխանությունների որդեգրած քաղաքականությունն է՝ «չկա Արցախ, չկան խնդիրներ»: Ավելին, ըստ փորձագետի, «չկա Արցախ»-ի ներքո միայն Արցախը չեն դիտարկում՝ որպես մեր հայրենիքի մաս, այլ արցախահայություն, արցախահայության իրավունքներ, խնդիրներ, Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարություն, Արցախում գերեվարված մարդիկ և այլն: «Այսինքն՝ եկեք օրակարգում չունենանք Ադրբեջանին նյարդայնացնող հարցեր, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը կառուցողական երկխոսություն մեզ հետ տանի: Բայց նույնիսկ այդ պարագայում չենք տեսնում այդ կառուցողական երկխոսությունը։ Սա ողբերգական ձեռագիր է, որի հետևանքները 2020 թվականից տեսնում ենք: Այսօր մեր քաղաքացիները Բաքվի բանտերում են, սակայն Հայաստանի իշխանությունը որևէ գործընթաց չի տանում միջազգային կոնսոլիդացիա ապահովելու և Ադրբեջանի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու: Միջազգային կառույցները, տարբեր երկրների օրենսդիր և գործադիր իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն այսօր բարձրաձայնում են այդ հարցը, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները դա չեն անում: Սա հանգեցնելու է նրան, որ շատ կարճ ժամանակ անց նրանք նույնպես դադարելու են դա անել՝ հասկանալով, որ եթե Հայաստանին դա պետք չէ, ինչո՞ւ է պետք իրենց», ասում է Կարապետյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Հայաստանը պետք է լիներ աշխարհի դռները ծեծողը, բոլորին կոնսոլիդացնողը, Ադրբեջանի վրա ճնշումներ առաջացնողը:
