Փաշինյանի «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկը» ձախողվել է

Հայաստանի կառավարության նախաձեռնած «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծը, կարելի է ասել, ձախողված էր ի սկզբանե։ Եթե Արևմուտքում դեռ շոյում են Փաշինյանի գլուխը, թերթում նրա բերած բրոշյուրները, դեմքի լուրջ արտահայտությամբ գլուխները տմբտմբացնում, ապա տարածաշրջանի որևէ երկիր, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանը լուրջ չեն վերաբերվում այդ նախագծին։

Իլհամ Ալիևը երեկ կրկին հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը պետք է կատարի իր պարտավորությունները և ապահովի կապն Ադրբեջանի հիմնական հատվածի և Նախիջևանի միջև։ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» Ադրբեջանի նախաձեռնությունն է։ Երկրորդ ղարաբաղյան պատերազմում մեր հաղթանակից հետո այս հարցը մուտք գործեց միջազգային օրակարգ։ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» միջազգային բառապաշարում այսօր ընդունված տերմին է։ Մենք, իհարկե, գործնական քայլեր ենք ձեռնարկում այդ միջանցքի բացման ուղղությամբ։ Ճիշտ է նաև, որ Հայաստանն այս հարցում ոչ կառուցողական մոտեցում է դրսևորում և չի կատարում այն պարտավորությունները, որ ստանձնել է նոյեմբերի 10-ի կապիտուլյացիոն ակտով։ Այդ փաստաթղթում հստակորեն գրված է, որ Ադրբեջանի հիմնական մասի և Նախիջևանի ինքնավար հանրապետության միջև պետք է տրանսպորտային կապ ապահովվի», - ասել է Ալիևը։

Ադրբեջանի նախագահը պնդել է, որ «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկը» թղթի կտոր է, իսկ իրենց պահանջները պետք է բավարարվեն։ «Դուք երևի լսել եք, որ Հայաստանն առաջ է քաշել այսպես կոչված «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» ծրագիրը, և աշխարհում էլ երկիր չմնաց, որտեղ նրանք այդ նախագիծը ներկայացրած չլինեն։ Իրականում, սակայն, այդ այսպես կոչված նախագիծն առանց Ադրբեջանի ոչինչ է։ Մենք տարբեր խողովակներով այդ մասին բազմիցս ասել ենք նաև հայկական կողմին։ Եթե դուք իրոք ցանկանում եք կյանքի կոչել այդ նախագիծը, առաջին հերթին պետք է Ադրբեջանին դիմեք։ Առանց մեզ դա պարզապես թղթի կտոր է, իսկ մեր առաջ քաշած պայմաններն արդար են, հիմնված են միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի և այն պարտավորությունների վրա, որ Հայաստանն է ստանձնել», - նշել է Ալիևը՝ պահանջելով անխոչընդոտ անցում Ադրբեջանից Նախիջևան։

Բաքվի բռնապետի այս պնդումները վկայում են, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է նոր էսկալացիայի՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» համար, իսկ Փաշինյանի նախաձեռնությունները միայն Արևմուտքին և սեփական հանրությանը մոլորության մեջ գցելու փորձեր են, նաև լավ պատրվակ թշնամի պետության համար։
