Եվրոպական ժառանգության «Եվրոպա Նոստրա» քաղաքացիական հասարակության առաջատար ցանցը և Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի (ԵՆԲ) ինստիտուտը հրապարակել են Եվրոպայի 14 հուշարձանների ու ժառանգության վայրերի անունները, որոնք ընդգրկվել են «Յոթ ամենավտանգված» ծրագրի 2025թ. կարճ ցանկում։ Ցանկում ընդգրկվել են նաև Տավուշի մարզում գտնվող Առաքելոց վանական համալիրը և բնակատեղին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից:

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ և աջակցությամբ Առաքելոց վանական համալիրի և բնակատեղիի՝ Եվրոպայի 14 ամենավտանգված ժառանգության վայրերի կարճ ցանկում ընդգրկումն առաջադրել է Ավստրիայի Զալցբուրգի համալսարանի Քրիստոնյա Արևելքի ուսումնասիրությունների կենտրոնի հայագիտության բաժնի դոկտոր Յասմին Դում-Թրագուտը։

Ծրագիրը ենթադրում է Առաքելոց վանական համալիրի ու գյուղատեղիի ամբողջական հետազոտություն, տարածքի բարեկարգում ու պահպանություն, ինչպես նաև կայուն էկոզբոսաշրջության զարգացում՝ տեղական շահառուների մասնակցությամբ՝ ներառյալ ակադեմիական հաստատություններն ու հասարակական կազմակերպությունները։ Ծրագրի մաս են կազմում նաև կրթական նախաձեռնությունները և զբոսաշրջային արահետների բարեկարգումը։

Վտանգված ժառանգության 14 վայրերը, որոնք ներկայացնում են եվրոպական 14 երկրներ, ընտրվել են միջազգային խորհրդակցական խմբի կողմից: Խմբում ընդգրկված են պատմության, հնագիտության, ճարտարապետության, ամրակայման, նախագծերի վերլուծության, ինչպես նաև ֆինանսական փորձագետներ: Վայրերի առաջադրումները կատարել կամ հաստատել են «Եվրոպա Նոստրայի», ինչպես նաև Եվրոպական ժառանգության դաշինքի անդամները:

Ընտրությունը կատարվել է` հաշվի առնելով յուրաքանչյուր վայրի՝ ժառանգության առումով նշանակալի լինելու ու մշակութային արժեք ներկայացնելու հանգամանքը, ինչպես նաև ներկա պահին առկա իրական վտանգը։ Հաշվի է առնվել նաև տեղական համայնքների ներգրավվածության և համապատասխան վայրերը փրկելու հարցում պետական ու մասնավոր շահառուների հանձնառության աստիճանը: Չափանիշների թվում կարևորվել է տեղում սոցիալ-տնտեսական կայուն զարգացումը խթանելու ներուժը:

Եվրոպայում «Յոթ ամենավտանգված» ժառանգության վայրերի 2025թ. վերջնական ցանկը կհրապարակվի ապրիլին։
