Ըստ նրա, ամեն ինչ սկսվել է գյուղի տարածքում մեքենան արագ վարելու նկատողությունից հետո:

Նկատողություն արած անձը ավելի ուշ Մերձավանի վարչական ղեկավարի տանը մասնակցել է ծննդյան  միջոցառման, որտեղ նշել են սպանված երիտասարդի ծննդյան օրը: Նա վարչական ղեկավար Մհեր Ախտոյանի հորաքրոջ որդին է՝ Գրիգոր Օհանյանը:

Նկատողություն արած անձը եւս իրենց ընկերներից է եղել, եկել է մասնակցելու  միջոցառմանը: Այն անձը, որին նա նկատողություն է արել, ավելի ուշ՝ 1-2  ժամ անց խումբ է հավաքել, քարերով  փայտերով եկել են գյուղապետի տուն՝ իմանալով, որ իրեն նկատողություն արած անձն այդտեղ է:

Կանչել են դուրս, որից հետո մոտ 15-20 րոպե տեղի է ունեցել ձեռնամարտ, քարերով, փայտերով հարվածներ, որին էլ հաջորդել են կրակոցները:

Գրիգոր Օհանյանը փորձել է հաշտեցնել, բաժանել, գնդակը դիպել է նաեւ իրեն և նա մահացել է արդեն դրսում: Եվս մեկ մարդ վիրավոր է, գտնվում է հիվանդանոցում:
