«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մայրաքաղաքի հասարակական տրանսպորտի ուղեվարձի թեման վերջին շրջանի ամենաքննարկվող ու ամենաթեժ հարցերից մեկն է: Քաղաքապետարանը առաջիկայում նոր փոփոխություններ է նախատեսում սակագների փաթեթներում, իսկ բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ շարունակում են բոյկոտել ուղեվարձի թանկացումը: Մյուս կողմից՝ քիչ չեն այն քաղաքացիները, որոնք դեմ չեն թանկացմանը, ավելին՝ նույնիսկ վեճի մեջ են մտնում բոյկոտողների հետ: Արդյունքում գրեթե ամեն օր կոնֆլիկտներ են լինում բոյկոտողների, նոր սակագներից գոհ քաղաքացիների ու վարորդների միջև:

Թեմայի հետ կապված՝ լուծում է առաջարկում «ՀայաՔվե» նախաձեռնությունը՝ կոչ անելով Երևանի ավագանու ընդդիմադիր խմբակցություններին՝ հարցը դնել տեղական հանրաքվեի` կա՛մ Երևանի ավագանու որոշմամբ, կա՛մ քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության կարգով:

Մեզ հետ զրույցում «ՀայաՔվե» նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, անդրադառնալով այն հանգամանքին, որ անընդհատ կոնֆլիկտներ են առաջանում քաղաքացիների, վարորդների ու ակտիվիստների միջև, նշեց, որ նման վիճակն անթույլատրելի է: «Ակնհայտ է, որ Երևանի ավագանին, փոխանակ հարցին լուծում տա ավագանու մակարդակով, քաղաքական գործիքակազմով, ըստ էության, խնդրի լուծումը դրել է քաղաքացիների, ակտիվիստների, վարորդների ուսերին, ինչն անթույլատրելի է: Դրա համար մենք կոչ ենք անում հավաքվել մեկ սեղանի շուրջ, գտնել այնպիսի փոխզիջումային լուծումներ, որոնք կբավարարեն բոլոր քաղաքացիներին: Իսկ եթե դա տեղի չունենա, ապա կոչ ենք անում ավագանու ընդդիմադիր խմբակցություններին՝ հարցը տանել տեղական հանրաքվեի: Իսկ եթե ավագանին նման որոշում չկայացնի, ապա հանրաքվեի կարելիէ հասնել քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության տարբերակով»,-ասաց Չալաբյանը:
