Չնայած Ադրբեջանը որպես Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության բարեկամ և դաշնակից ներկայացնելու բոլոր փորձերին, ես մեր գործընկերությունը լավագույն դեպքում իրավիճակային եմ համարում։ Говорит Москва ռադիոկայանի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատի ԱՊՀ գործերի, եվրասիական ինտեգրման և հայրենակիցների հետ հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։

«Ադրբեջանի կողմից դժգոհությունների սրացում կա։ Երբ խոսք գնաց ավիավթարի ողբերգության մասին, կարելի էր հասկանալ դառնությունը, որը զգում էին ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանում, այլև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում։ Որոշակի պատճառներով Ադրբեջանը որոշեց որքան հնարավոր է երկար գրգռել այդ վերքը, թեև Ռուսաստանը ներողություն խնդրեց։

Արդեն մոտ 15 տարի է, ինչ ինձ արգելում են մուտք գործել Ադրբեջան։ Հիմա նման ճակատագիր է արժանացել Նիկոլայ Վալուևին այն պարզ պատճառով, որ նա արտահայտել է իր կարծիքը։ Ադրբեջանում չեն կարող համաձայնել այն բանի հետ, որ ինչ-որ մեկն իր կարծիքն ունի Ադրբեջանում տեղի ունեցողի վերաբերյալ։ Ադրբեջանը շատ երկար ժամանակ շահագրգռված էր հաճոյանալով և բանակցելով՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ հարաբերությունների համար հարմարավետ պայմանների համար՝ ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլ նաև ռազմաքաղաքական առումով»,- նշել է Զատուլինը։

«Ռուսաստանն ինքը խոցելի վիճակում է, քանի որ վիճում է հավաքական Արևմուտքի հետ: Սա ճիշտ ժամանակն է ցույց տալու իսկական վերաբերմունքը թե՛ ռուսական տան, թե՛ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նկատմամբ: Չնայած Ադրբեջանը որպես Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության բարեկամ և դաշնակից ներկայացնելու բոլոր փորձերին, ես մեր գործընկերությունը լավագույն դեպքում իրավիճակային եմ համարում։ Ես չգիտեմ, թե Ադրբեջանը ում հետ է բարեկամ բացի ինքն իրենից, բայց նա Թուրքիայի համար կրտսեր ռազմավարական գործընկեր է և կրտսեր դաշնակից։ Ռուսաստանի համար նա դաշնակից չի եղել ու չի լինի, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, հաշվի առնելով Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության ներկայիս գործողությունների ուղղությունը։ Այն, առանց ամաչելու,մեզ համար խնդիրներ է ստեղծում ոչ միայն Ռուսական տան, այլեւ շատ այլ հարցերում։ Եթե ​​մինչ այժմ փորձում էինք դա չնկատել, ապա այժմ դա պարզ է դառնում նույնիսկ կույրերի ու խուլերի համար»,- նկատեց նա։

Ավելի վաղ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն արգելել էր Պետդումայի պատգամավոր Նիկոլայ Վալուևի մուտքը երկիր։ Պատգամավորին համապատասխան ցուցակներում ընդգրկելու մասին հայտնել է հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի քարտուղար Այհան Հաջիզադեն։
