Նախօրեին Փարիզում հայ համայնքի հետ հանդիպմանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հերթական խայտառակ հայտարարություններն է արել, որի հետևանքները դեռ երկար են զգացնել տալու։ Ըստ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձի, Հայաստանի Երրորդ Հանրապետության հիմնադրման առաջին օրից երկրում եղել է միայն մեկ կուսակցություն՝ ՀՅԴ, և բոլոր կուսակցությունները գործել են Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցության գաղափարախոսության ներքո։

«Եղել է իսկական Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցություն-ՀՅԴ, եղել է ՀՀՇ-ՀՅԴ, եղել է ՔՊ-ՀՅԴ և այլն։ Հարց է ծագում՝ բա ինչո՞ւ բոլորս չենք գնացել ու անդամագրվել ՀՅԴ-ին։ Ամենատարբեր պատճառներով, որովհետև ՀՀՇ-ին թվացել է, թե ինքն ավելի դաշնակցական է, քան իրական դաշնակցականները, ՔՊ-ին թվացել է, թե մենք ավելի լավ դաշնակցականներ ենք, քան՝ իրական դաշնակցականները»,- հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ աղետների միջով անցնելուց հետո գաղափարական տրանսֆորմացիա է տեղի ունեցել։ Ըստ նրա՝ նախկինում տրամաբանությունն այնպիսին էր, թե ՀՀ-ն հենման կետ է ավելի բարձր ազգային նպատակների հասնելու, ավելի մեծ ազգային խնդիրներ լուծելու համար։ Տեղի ունեցող տրանսֆորմացիայից հետո ձևակերպվում է հետևյալը՝ ՀՀ-ն արդեն բարձրագույն նպատակ է, դրանից ավելի բարձր նպատակ չկա։ Ասում է՝ վատն այն է, որ այս եզրակացություններն արվել են աղետների միջով անցնելուց հետո։ Կարծում է՝ եթե ի վիճակի լինեինք մեր պատմությունից դասեր առնել, գաղափարապես դաշնակցական չէին լինի։ Փաշինյանի համոզմամբ՝ միայն այս գաղափարական տրանսֆորմացիայից է կախված Հայաստանի լինելությունը միջնաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում։

Նրա այս հայտարարությունները որևէ քննադատության ու փաստարկի չեն դիմանում, փոխարենը հերթական անգամ բացահայտում է հայտնի ճշմարտությունը, որ ոչ ինքը, ոչ իր ղեկավարած քաղաքական ուժը որևէ սկզբունք չունեն։ Երեկ «դաշնակցական» էին, այսօր կարող են մեկ այլ բան լինել, վաղը՝ մեկ ուրիշ։ Սեփական անսկզբունքայնության մասին հպարտորեն տարփողելով՝ Փաշինյանը կրկին ընդգծում է, որ իր նմանները որևէ իրավունք չեն կարող ունենալ երկիր ղեկավարել։ Սա պետք է հանրության համար ազդակ լիներ, որպեսզի նման կերպարներին ոչ միայն պետություն, այլև փողոցն ավլելու մի ցախավել չվստահեին։
