«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Անզեն աչքով ու առանց փորձագիտական խորագնա վերլուծությունների ու կանխատեսումների էլ ակներև է, որ առաջիկայում ներքաղաքական լուրջ զարգացումներ, եթե չասվի՝ ցնցումներ են սպասվում: Համենայն դեպս, «թեժացումը» միանգամայն կանխատեսելի է: Կան կարծիքներ, որ դա կլինի «գարնանային թեժացում»՝ նախորդիվ արձանագրվածների նմանությամբ: Հանրային տրամադրությունները, մեղմ ասած, շիկացած են: Դա պայմանավորված է Փաշինյանի գլխավորած իշխանության կողմից ինչպես անվտանգային նոր սպառնալիքներ ձևավորելու, այնպես էլ՝ արտաքին-քաղաքական վտանգավոր «մարմնաշարժումներով», ազգային արժեքների ու պատմական իրողությունների դեմ ուղղված քայլերով, ի լրումն՝ հարկային ու տնտեսական անընկալելի և քերթողական «քաղաքականությամբ»: Գումարեք սրան նոր զիջումների սպառնալիքն ու նոր «կարմիր գծերի» հնարավոր հատումները:

Նման պայմաններում կան տեսակետներ, որ պետք է ձևավորվեն ու ի հայտ գան «նոր ուժեր»: Սխալ գաղափար չէ, թեկուզ փոքր-ինչ իդեալիստական է: Սակայն կա տեսակետ, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում շատ ավելի կարևոր նշանակություն է ստանում ընդդիմադիր դաշտի, իրական ընդդիմադիրների համագործակցության, ուժերի ու հնարավորությունների հստակ «գույքագրման», համադրման ու գործողությունների համակարգման կարողականությունը:

Ինչպես էլ դիտարկենք, այսօրվա դրությամբ Հայաստանում հնարավոր չէ անտեսել այս կամ այն ուժի իրական հնարավորությունները: Օրինակ՝ հասկանալի է, որ, ասենք, ՀՅԴ-ն ու ՀՀԿ-ն ունեն այնպիսի ներուժ, որ պարզապես առանց նրանց դժվար կլինի պատկերացնել նշյալ գործընթացները: Առավել ևս, որ նույն Հանրապետականը նաև լուրջ կապեր ունի արտերկրում, այդ թվում՝ Եվրոպայի քաղաքական շրջանակներում, ինչը շատ կարևոր է, ու կարողանում է որոշակի աշխատանքներ իրականացնել նաև միջազգային հարթակներում:

Հիմնական հարցը հանգում է ընդդիմադիրների իրական համագործակցությանը՝ հաշվի առնելով փաստացի, իրական հնարավորություններն ու ռեսուրսները: Որոշակի իմաստով դա նաև հանրային պատվեր կարելի է բնորոշել: Ու խնդիրը միմյանց միանալը չէ, այլ ուժերի իրական գնահատմամբ՝ այդ ուժերի հնարավոր համադրումը՝ մեկ հիմնական նպատակին: Ընդ որում, միմյանց դեմ չպայքարելու պայմանով: Վերջին հաշվով, արագորեն սթափվող հանրությունը ունի այս իշխանություններից ձերբազատվելու բնական պահանջ: Իսկ դա ու իրապես ապագա ունենալու շանս ապահովելու հրամայականը, կարծում ենք, գերակա են մնացյալ ամեն ինչից:
