Արցախի իշխանությունների դեմ ճնշումների նոր ալիք կարող է սկսվել

Մինչ ՀՀ գործող իշխանություններն ԱԺ խոսնակի շուրթերով արցախցիների հասցեին ատելության հերթական չափաքանակն են գեներացնում, Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը հրամանագիր է ստորագրել՝ Արցախի ԱԺ լիազորությունները երկարաձգելու մասին։ Հրամանագրում հիշատակվել է Արցախի սահմանադրության այն նորմը, ըստ որի արտակարգ դրության ժամանակ չեն կարող ընտրություններ անցկացվել։

Արցախի Հանրապետության 7-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովն ընտրվել է 2020 թվականի մայիսի 21-ին, լիազորություններն ավարտվում են այս տարվա մայիսին։ ՀՀ գործող իշխանություններն Արցախի հայաթափումից, լուծարման հրամանագրից հետո այլևս որոշել են լրիվ իգնոր անել Արցախի ընտրված իշխանություններին, որևէ կերպ չեն շփվում, անգամ սոցիալական հարցեր չեն քննարկում։ Փաշինյանն ու նրա ենթականերն էլ բազմիցս նշել են, որ Հայաստանում այլ իշխանություն գոյություն չունի։ Արցախի պետական հաստատությունների լուծարումը գործող իշխանության առաջնահերթություններից է, և Շահրամանյանի այս հրամանը հարված է նրանց դիրքերին։

Արցախի պետական հաստատությունների լուծարումը նաև Ադրբեջանի պահանջն է, և Փաշինյանն ամեն կերպ փորձում է սիրաշահել Ալիևին։ Միևնույն ժամանակ վախ է զգում արցախցիներից, նրանց կազմակերպելու հնարավորությունից։ Չի բացառվում, որ թե՛ Շահրամանյանի, թե՛ Արցախի այլ պաշտոնյաների դեմ բռնաճնշումների նոր ալիք սկսվի։
