«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երևի միայն Փաշինյանն էր ընդունակ հարկի բազմապատիկ բարձրացումը «մեկնաբանել» ու հրամցնել որպես այդ հարկը ճռռալով վճարողին... հարստացնելու միջոց: Խոսքն, այո, արդեն աստղաբաշխականի ձգտող գույքահարկի մասին է: Դա, բնականաբար, մեծ դժգոհություն է հարուցել թե՛ բնակարան ու անշարժ գույք ունեցող քաղաքացիների (հատկապես Երևանի Կենտրոնում), թե՛ մանավանդ առևտրային տարածքներ ունեցող տնտեսվարողների շրջանում:

Իսկ Փաշինյանն ԱԺ ամբիոնից իրեն բնորոշ ժեստիկուլյացիայով ու ձայնային ելևէջներով «մուննաթ» էր գալիս, թե՝ փող չունե՞ք, որ գույքահարկը մուծեք, ինչո՞ւ եք մնացել Կենտրոնում, էդ տունը ծախեք, թողեք, գնացեք ծայրամաս կամ ուրիշ մարզ: Կառավարության ղեկավար համարվողը նման բաներ է ասում՝ «մոռանալով», որ Երևանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում բնակվողը կարող է լինել պարզապես տարեց մարդ, շարքային թոշակառու: «Մոռանալով», որ մարդիկ, հնարավոր է, երեք սենյականոց ու հիմա թանկ համարվող բնակարանը դեռ տասնամյակներ առաջ, ԽՍՀՄ օրոք են ստացել՝ սերնդեսերունդ փոխանցելով: Վերջապես, «մոռանալով», որ Կենտրոնի ամեն մի բնակիչ միլիոնատեր չէ, ոչ էլ քպական պարգևավճարյալ պաշտոնյա է:

Ի լրումն, Փաշինյանը նաև միտումնավոր չափազանցնում է տների թանկանալու պահը: Երկու տարի առաջ, այո, ռելոկանտների հոսքի հետ կապված, կար նման բան, բայց այդ ալիքը վաղուց մարել է: Ավելին, դա ոչ մի կապ չունի գույքահարկի հետ:

Կարճ ասած, այս խնդրի հետ կապված կան էական հակադարձումներ, որոնք էլ ավելի են ընդգծում, որ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած իշխանությունը պարզապես զբաղված է նաև գույքահարկով քաղաքացիների գրպանը մտնելով ու... այդ «օրինականացված» գրպանահատության համար մանիպուլյատիվ արդարացումներ հնչեցնելով:

Եվ հետո, ի՞նչ է նշանակում Փաշինյանի այդ մուննաթը, թե՝ չեք կարողանում գույքահարկ վճարել, տները ծախեք... Իսկ գուցե այդպես է պետք, որ այս տարիներին կտրուկ հարստացածները Կենտրոնում տուն ձեռք գցելու հավել յալ հնարավորություն ստանա՞ն: Հնարավոր է, ամեն ինչ այս իշխանությունից սպասելի է...
