Մինչ ողջ աշխարհը շունչը պահած սպասում է, թե ինչ վերաձևումներ են լինելու ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի գլոբալ խաղի արդյունքում, ՀՀ իշխանություններն ինքնամոռաց տրվել են հակառուսական խաղերին։ ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ում Հայաստանի պատվիրակության ղեկավար Սարգիս Խանդանյանը փետրվարի 12-13-ն Ուկրաինայի մայրաքաղաքում մասնակցել է ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ բյուրոյի աշխատանքներին:

Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունների, Սարգիս Խանդանյանը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել նաև Ուկրաինայի Գերագույն ռադայի նախագահ Ռուսլան Ստեֆանչուկի, առաջին փոխնախագահ Օլեկսանդր Կորնիենկոյի, ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ում Ուկրաինայի պատվիրակության անդամների հետ: Նաև ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ բյուրոյի անդամների հետ այցելել է Բուչա` ծանոթանալու պատերազմի հետևանքներին և հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելու զոհերի հիշատակին:

Հատկապես Բուչա այցը ռուսական կողմի համար չափազանց զգայուն նշանակություն ունի։ Վերջին տարիներին ՌԴ պաշտոնական շրջանակները դատապարտում են այլ պետությունների ներկայացուցիչների կողմից Բուչա այցը, այնտեղ կատարվածը քարոզչական հնարք համարելով։

Հաշվի առնելով այդ հանգամանքը, հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները կրկին միտումնավոր սրելու փոխարեն Խանդանյանը կարող էր դիվանագիտորեն հրաժարվել այցից։ Իսկ անհնարինության դեպքում գոնե այդ մասին պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններ չարվեին՝ Մոսկվային չգրգռելու համար։ Փոխարենը, ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները նախընտրել են ևս մեկ անգամ ի ցույց դնել իրենց հակառուսական քաղաքականությունը։ Վաղուց այլևս անիմաստ է բացատրել, թե դա ինչ ծանրագույն հետևանքներ է ունենալու Հայաստանի համար։
