Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 17-ին, զարհուրելի դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 15։20-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանում՝ Հովսեփյան փողոցում, հեռուստաաշտարակի հարևանությամբ գտնվող ձորակում դի կա։ Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամանել են ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետ Արմեն Գասպարյանը, վարչության պետի օպերգծով տեղակալ Արթուր Զաքարյանը և նույն վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի պետ Հովհաննես Արիստակեսյանը։ Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արման Պապյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Սիմոն Հարությունյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալներ Վլադիմիր Ասատրյանի. Լևոն Կարապետյանի, Գագիկ Հայրապետյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության պետի տեղակալ Ռուբեն Մկրտչյանը։ Տեղում է նաև ոստիկանության Մարաշի բաժանմունքի օպերատիվ խոմբը՝ բաժանմունքի պետ Ալիկ Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նշված հատվածում հայտնաբերել են 20-25 տարեկան աղջկա՝ խեղդամահ արված դի։ Փաստի առթիվ Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Տեղում ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, խմբի ղեկավար է նշանակվել Վ. Ասատրյանը, իսկ այս պահին դեպքի վայրի զննություն է կատարում հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Ռոման Թովմասյանը։ Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են մահացածի ինքնությունը և ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ։ Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով: Լուսանկարները՝ Գագիկ Շամշյանի
