«ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը ողջունում է Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի բանաձևը Բաքվում պահվող հայ պատանդների վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի՝ հացադուլը դադարեցնելու մասին որոշումը։
 
•Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի բանաձևը, որը դատապարտում է հայ պատանդների հանդեպ իրականացվող շինծու դատավարությունը, նրանց հանդեպ կիրառվող ֆիզիկական ու հոգեբանական խոշտանգումները, կոչ է անում միջազգային քրեական դատարանին՝ հետաքննելու արցախցիների բռնի տեղահանման և էթնիկ զտումների դեպքերը, կոչ է անում Բաքվին անհապաղ ազատ արձակել հայ պատանդներին, նշանակալի քայլ է Բաքվի բռնապետական ռեժիմի ցեղասպան էությունը ևս մեկ անգամ աշխարհին ներկայացնելու և պատասխանատվության գործընթաց իրականացնելու տեսանկյունից։
 
•Շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի՝ նշված բանաձևը հեղինակած և դրան կողմ քվեարկած պատգամավորներին, հայաստանյան և արտասահմանյան քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչներին ու առանձին անհատների, ովքեր իրենց նպաստն են բերել բանաձևի ընդունման գործում։
Ողջունում ենք Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի՝ հացադուլը դադարեցնելու որոշումը։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը դեռ մեծ ու կարևոր դեր է խաղալու Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման համար պայքարի գործում։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի այս որոշմամբ մեզ առավել պարտավորված ենք զգում բազմապատկել մեր ջանքերը հանուն հայ ժողովրդի իրավունքների, հանուն արդարության և հանուն Արցախի։
