ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը երեկ ուշ երեկոյան ընդունել է ԱՄՆ նախագահի հատուկ բանագնաց Սթիվ Ուիթքոֆը և նրա միջոցով տեղեկություններ և լրացուցիչ ազդակներ փոխանցել Դոնալդ Թրամփի, այս մասին, ՏԱՍՍ-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։

«Երեկ ուշ երեկոյան նրան նրան ընդունել է նախագահ Պուտինը, ռուսական կողմին տրամադրվել է լրացուցիչ տեղեկատվություն: Պուտինը Ուիթքոֆի միջոցով տեղեկատվություն և լրացուցիչ ազդակներ է փոխանցել նախագահ Թրամփին», - ասել է Պեսկովը:

«Ուկրաինայում կարգավորման հարցում զգուշավոր լավատեսության հիմքեր կան»,- հավելել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղարը։

Երեկ Պուտինն ասել է, որ Ռուսաստանը համաձայն է Ուկրաինայում ռազմական գործողությունները դադարեցնելու առաջարկին, սակայն դա պետք է հանգեցնի երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության: 

«Ուկրաինայի համար ձեռնտու է հասնել 30-օրյա հրադադարի, քանի որ Կուրսկի շրջանում նրա ողջ զինվորական անձնակազմը արգելափակված է, բայց Ուկրաինան կարող է օգտագործել 30-օրյա հրադադարը զենք ձեռք բերելու կամ ուժային մոբիլիզացիայի համար», -նշել է նա։

ՌԴ նախագահը նշել է՝ զինադադարի համար երաշխիքներ են պետք․ «Մենք երաշխիքներ ենք ուզում, որ 30-օրյա հրադադարի ընթացքում Ուկրաինան զորահավաք չի անցկացնի, չի վերապատրաստվի և զենք չի ստանա։ Շնորհակալություն եմ ուզում հայտնել ԱՄՆ նախագահ Թրամփին՝ հակամարտության կարգավորմանն այսքան ուշադրություն դարձնելու համար։ Ուկրաինան պետք է ԱՄՆ-ին խնդրի՝ կրակը դադարեցնելուն օգնելու հարցում»։
