ԱՄՆ նախագահի ազգային անվտանգության գծվ խորհրդական Մայք Ուոլցը գրառում է արել, նշել, թե կոնֆլիկտը Հարավային Կովկասում պետք է ավարտվի։ Նա հայտնել է, որ անցած շաբաթ Ադրբեջանում խոսել է այդ երկրի նախագահի ազգային անվտանգության գծով խորհրդական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևի հետ։

«Մենք գոհ ենք, որ Ադրբեջանը և Հայաստանն առաջընթաց մեծ քայլ են արել և համաձայնել են խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ։ Ես նրան ասացի, որ այժմ մենք պետք է վերջնականացնենք այդ խաղաղության գործարքը, ազատ արձակենք բանտարկյալներին, և միասին աշխատենք տարածաշրջանն ավելի անվտանգ և բարգավաճ դարձնելու ուղղությամբ», - X-ում գրել է Դոնալդ Թրամփի խորհրդականը, հավելել. «Ամերիկայի Ոսկեդարը խաղաղություն և բարգավաճում կբերի աշխարհին, և մենք չենք դադարի աշխատել, մինչև դա տեղի կունենա»։

Պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն Միացյալ Նահանգների անունից արդեն ողջունել էր Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ բանակցություններն ավարտելու առթիվ և ընդգծել, որ այժմ պայմանագրի ստորագրման և վավերացման ժամանակն է։ Օրերս էլ Թրամփի՝ Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Ուկրաինայի հարցերով խորհրդական Սթիվ Ուիտկոֆն էր հանկարծակի վայրէջք կատարել Բաքվում, փակ հանդիպում ունեցել Ալիևի հետ։

Միջազգայնագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանի կարծիքով, Թրամփի՝ Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Ուկրաինայի հարցերով խորհրդական Ուիտկոֆի անսպասելի «վայրէջքը» Բաքվում, ինչպես նաև անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդականի վերջին գրառումը վկայում են, որ Թրամփն այժմ կենտրոնացած է Ուկրաինայի պատերազմը կանգնեցնելու վրա, կենտրոնացած է Իրանի հետ հնարավոր բանակցություններ սկսելու կամ այլ կերպ Իրանի նկատմամբ ճնշում գործադրելու վրա։ «Ցանկացած այլ ֆոնային գործընթաց, որը կարող է խանգարել այս հիմնական առաջնահերթություններին, Թրամփին պետք չէ։ ԱՄՆ-ում շատ լավ հասկանում են, որ Ադրբեջանի հնարավոր ագրեսիան տարածաշրջանում կարող է խառնել որոշ խաղաքարտեր։ Հետևաբար, անհրաժեշտ է Ադրբեջանին (Թուրքիային) զերծ պահել արկածախնդրությունից և թույլ չտալ լարվածություն Հարավային Կովկասում»,- նշել է նա։
