«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես փոխանցում են տեղի մեր աղբյուրները, Գյումրու ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ՝ գործող իշխանությունները ստի ու կեղծիքի միջոցով փորձում են ապակողմնորոշել բնակչությանը, նաև կեղծ նարատիվներ են տարածում, որ եթե իշխանական թեկնածուին չընտրեն, ապա բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր չեն իրականացվի։

Ընդդիմադիր թեկնածուները դժգոհում են, որ, ի մասնավորի, ՔՊ-ն սուբվենցիոն ծրագրերն այնքան է ձգձգել, որ դրանց իրականացումն այժմ կապում է քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Սարիկ Մինասյանի անվան հետ՝ տպավորություն ստեղծելով, թե այդ ամենն իրականացվում է զուտ իրենց թեկնածուի շնորհիվ։ Օրերս էլ աշխատանքային այցով Շիրակի մարզում է եղել տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Դավիթ Խուդաթյանը, որը հայտարարել է, թե առաջիկա օրերին բացվելու է «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» ծրագրի Լանջիկ-Գյումրի 27,5 կմ ճանապարհահատվածը, որը զգալիորեն կթեթևացնի մեքենաների երթևեկությունը միջպետական մայրուղով։ Նախարարը նաև խոստացել է մոտ 4 մլն դոլար՝ Գյումրու մի շարք կենտրոնական փողոցների վերանորոգման համար։

Հետաքրքիր է, որ Գյումրու նախկին իշխանությունները տարիներ շարունակ դիմել են Փաշինյանի գլխավորած կառավարությանը, գործադիրն էլ հաստատել է ծրագրերը, սակայն գումարներ այդպես էլ չի փոխանցել, իսկ այժմ, երբ իրենց թեկնածուին անցկացնելու խնդիր կա, քափուքրտինքի մեջ աշխատանքներ են կատարում։ Իհարկե, լավ է, որ աղետի գոտում աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում, բայց այս վերաբերմունքը ընդդիմադիրները որակում են որպես ընտրակաշառք: Մյուս կողմից՝ ստացվում է, որ իշխանությունները կարող էին այդ աշխատանքներն անել դեռ տարիներ առաջ, բայց միտումնավոր ձգձգել են։

Թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները հասկանում են, որ արդար ընտրությունների դեպքում հաղթելու որևէ շանս չունեն, և այս օրերին ցուցակագրումներ են իրականացնում, փորձում են գտնել «այլընտրանքային» լուծումներ, այդ թվում՝ այնպիսիք, որոնք ժամանակին քննադատում էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Մյուս կողմից՝ ՔՊ-ն հույս ունի կոալիցիա կազմել իր սատելիտ ուժերի, ի մասնավորի՝ «Հայաստանի աշխատավորական–սոցիալիստական» կուսակցության և «Եվրոդաշինքի» հետ, սակայն հարցն այն է, որ այս պահի դրությամբ, նախնական հարցումներով, այդ ուժերը անցողիկ շեմը չեն հաղթահարում:
