Իշխանությունը խոստովանեց, թե ինչու է փոխում Սահմանադրությունը

Հայաստանի նոր Սահմանադրությունը պետք է լինի խաղաղության պայմանագիրը, խաղաղության միտված հարաբերությունները չվտանգող։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է արդարադատության նախարար, սահմանադրական փոփոփոխությունների գործընթացը ղեկավարող Սրբուհի Գալյանը: Փաստացի, գործող իշխանություններն այլևս չեն էլ թաքցնում, որ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունը նախաձեռնել են Ադրբեջանի պահանջով, իսկ Անկախության հռչակագիրը հանելու են նախագծի նախաբանից։

Վերջին երեք օրում Ադրբեջանն արդեն 9 անգամ հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների մասին կեղծ հաղորդագրություններ է տարածել՝ ռազմական նոր էսկալացիա հրահրելով, հրաժարվելով ստորագրել իբր համաձայնեցված խաղաղության պայմանագիրը։ Ադրբեջանական տարբեր կալիբրի գործիչներ էլ մանտրայի պես կրկնում են, որ պայմանագիրը հնարավոր կլինի ստորագրել միայն Սահմանադրությունը փոխելուց հետո։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն օրերս հայտարարել էր, թե նոր Սահմանադրությունը կունենա նաև տարածաշրջանային նշանակություն, բայց չէր բացատրել՝ ինչպես է դա արտահայտվելու տեքստում:

«Խաղաղությունը և խաղաղության պայմանագիրը և խաղաղությանը միտված հարաբերությունները չվտանգող Սահմանադրության մասին է խոսքը», - պարզաբանել է արդարադատության նախարարը։

«Այն, որ գործողը մեր ընկալմամբ և մեր պետական մարմինների մեկնաբանությամբ, այդ թվում՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանի մեկնաբանությամբ, չի կարող խանգարել խաղաղության գործընթացին, դա փաստ է, այսինքն՝ մեր դիրքորոշումը նաև միջազգային հարաբերություններում դա է, և մեր շեշտադրումը ևս դա է։ Մենք բոլորս մեր վարքագիծը պետք է կառուցենք այնպես, որ չվտանգվի խաղաղության գործընթացը, այսինքն՝ խնդիրը մենակ Սահմանադրությանը չի վերաբերում, խնդիրը բոլոր օրենքներին է վերաբերում և իրավական ակտերին և նաև մեր գործելաոճին՝ որպես քաղաքացիներ և նաև որպես Կառավարություն», - ասել է Գալյանը։

Դե իսկ ժողովրդին մնում է ոչ միայն մերժել թշնամու պահանջով Սահմանադրություն փոխելու գործելաոճը, այլև հեռացնել գործող իշխանություններին, որոնք վերածվել են Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի խամաճիկների։
