«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ հայտարարեց. «Խաղաղության համաձայնագրի նախագիծը համաձայնեցված է և սպասում է ստորագրման։ Ես պատրաստ եմ իմ ստորագրությունը դնել այդ փաստաթղթի ներքո»: Ինչպես կես-կատակ նշում էին շատերը սոցցանցերում, մեկ էլ տեսար՝ այդ համաձայնագիրը երկու օրինակից տպեց, միակողմանի ստորագրեց և ուղարկեց Բաքու:

Իսկ եթե ավելի լուրջ, ապա նախ պետք է նշել, որ Փաշինյանը պատրաստ է թշնամու հետ ստորագրել մի փաստաթուղթ, որի բովանդակությունն անհայտ է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին: Ու դա, ի դեպ, անում է այն նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որ կուրծք էր ծեծում՝ բղավելով Հանրապետության հրապարակով մեկ, թե ինքը երբեք ժողովրդի թիկունքում համաձայնություն չի ստորագրի: Հետո, իհարկե, ստորագրեց նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթուղթը, հիմա սա է պատրաստվում ստորագրել: Իսկ այն, ինչ նա պատրաստվում է ստորագրել, իրականում «խաղաղության համաձայնագի՞ր» է:

Ըստ որում, հարց է ծագում, թե այդ ինչ ու այդ ինչպես են «խաղաղության պայմանագիր» բանակցել, որ այն սպառնալիքներով է «մատուցվում»: Երկրորդ՝ առնվազն հրապարակային դաշտում առկա տեղեկության համաձայն, այդ «համաձայնագրում» արտացոլված են Ադրբեջանի միակողմանի շահերն ու պահանջները, այսինքն՝ ստանալու բան (բաներ) ունենում են բացառապես Ադրբեջանը և Թուրքիան, իսկ Հայաստանը միայն զիջողի, տվողի, պահանջ կատարողի դերում է:

Հետևություն. այն, ինչ պատրաստ է ստորագրել Փաշինյանը, բովանդակային առումով հենց վերջնագիր է: Ու, այո, այն ոչ մի կերպ «խաղաղության» մասին չէ: Թեկուզ այն պատճառով, որ միակողմանի «խաղաղություններ» չեն լինում...
