IDBank-ի նոր մասնաճյուղն այս անգամ իր դռները բացում է Արարատի մարզում՝ Արտաշատ քաղաքում։ Ինչպես խոստացված էր՝ Բանկը շարունակում է Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում իր հաճախորդների համար ապահովել ոչ միայն թվային, այլ նաև ֆիզիկական ներկայությունը։

«Թվային լուծումները գնալով ավելի մեծ տարածում են ստանում և մեր հաճախորդների ավելի մեծ տոկոսն է սկսում օգտվել թվային ուղիներից, բայց մենք տեսնում ենք նաև, որ Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում մեր հաճախորդները սպասում են մեր մասնաճյուղերի բացմանը։ Ուստի, կարևորելով հաճախորդի պահանջմունքն ու գոհունակությունը՝ մենք այսօր արդեն Արտաշատ քաղաքում ենք», - ասաց IDBank-ի վաճառքների կազմակերպման և տարածքային կառավարման վարչության ղեկավար Արթուր Քոչարյանը։

IDBank-ի վաճառքների կազմակերպման և տարածքային կառավարման վարչության ղեկավարի տեղակալ Սմբատ Ավագյանի խոսքով էլ՝ ինչպես մնացած բոլոր մասնաճյուղերը, այս մեկը ևս հագեցած է ժամանակակից բոլոր անհրաժեշտ լուծումներով․ «Քանի որ մեզ համար առաջնայինը հաճախորդների համար լավագույն ու բարձրորակ սպասարկում ապահովելն է, մենք ձգտում ենք պահել մեր սահմանած նշաձողն ու անընդհատ կատարելագործվել։ Մեր պրոֆեսիոնալ թիմն արդեն նաև Արտաշատում պատրաստ է օգնել հաճախորդներին, իսկ մասնաճյուղում առկա է նաև IDBanking 24/7 սպասարկման գոտի՝ հնարավոր դարձնելով անկանխիկ գործարքները արագ և մի քանի հպումով», - ասաց Սմբատ Ավագյանը։

Ի դեպ, այս անգամ Բանկի նոր մասնաճյուղի բացման օրը համընկավ Հաճախորդների միջազգային օրվա հետ, որի առթիվ բանկի բոլոր մասնաճյուղերում երեք օր շարունակ կարելի է առավել շահավետ պայմաններով ավանդ ներդնել։

IDBank-ի Արտաշատի մասնաճյուղը գործելու է Օգոստոսի 23 փողոց, 19/10 հասցեում։ Այս պահին IDBank-ն ունի մասնաճյուղեր Երևանում, Էջմիածնում, Վանաձորում, Գյումրիում, Աբովյանում, Հրազդանում, Արմավիրում և Արտաշատում։
