Ազգային ժողովը, ըստ ամենայնի, արդեն այս քառօրյայում քննելու է գլխավոր դատախազի միջնորդությունը` երկու պատգամավորների դեմ քրեական հետապնդում սկսելու վերաբերյալ։ Այդ պատգամավորներից մեկը «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, Երևանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն է, ով արդեն իսկ հայտարարել է, որ իր դեմ քաղաքական բռնաճնշումներ են իրականացվում և խոստացել շարունակել պայքարն անկախ դատախազի ներկայացրած միջնորդությունից։

Մյուսը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրից» արտաքսված Հովիկ Աղազարյանն է, ով վստահ է, որ իրեն անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու վերաբերյալ դատախազի միջնորդությունը քաղաքական որոշում է, իսկ իշխող մեծամասնությունը համաձայնություն կտա միջնորդությանը։ Աղազարյանը շատ ավելի վճռական է տրամադրված, խոստանում է, որ Ազգային ժողովի նիստում կասի այնպիսի բաներ, որոնք շատ ճշմարտություններ կբացահայտեն։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր կեսգիշերային sms-ներով կարծում էր, թե կկարողանա կոտրել նախկին զինակցի դիմադրությունը և պարտադրել հրաժարվել մանդատից։ Պարզվեց` Աղազարյանը շատ ավելի «պինդ ընկույզ» է, քան Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի, Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահները, ԲԴԽ նախագահն ու պատգամավոր Նարեկ Զեյնալյանը։ Վերջինս անմռունչ հեռացավ Ազգային ժողովից և առաջիկայում կարող է նշանակվել Հայաստանի առաջատար բժշկական կենտրոններից մեկի տնօրենի պաշտոնում` որպես խրախուսանք, իսկ Աղազարյանին, ըստ ամենայնի, քրեական հետապնդման կենթարկեն, ընդհուպ կալանավորելու գնով։ Մի քրեական գործ էլ Աղազարյանի որդու վրա կարող են բացել։

Փաշինյանն այնքան զայրացած է նախկին զինակցի գործողություններից, որ կարծես որոշել է մինչև վերջ ոչնչացնել նրան։ Թերևս այս դեպքում ՔՊ-ն զարմանալիորեն բախվել է մի իրավիճակի, երբ Աղազարյանը ոչ միայն չի հանդարտվում, այլ նաև խոստանում է ավելի շատ բացահայտումներ իրականացնել օրվա իշխանությունների հասցեին։ Սա այն դեպքն է, որ չհետապնդեն, չի լինի, հետապնդեն չի լինի։
