Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. 

Տևական ժամանակ չարչրկվող «խաղաղության համաձայնագրի» մասին անդադար խոսող իշխանությունը կարծես մոռանում է մեկ կարևոր բան։ Հանրությունը դեռևս տեղյակ չէ, թե ինչի մասին են այդքան շահարկվող «17 կետերը», ինչ հարցերի շուրջ են Ադրբեջանի հետ համաձայնության եկել, և ամենակարևորը՝ ինչ ենք զիջել, որ գերմանացի դիվանագետը դա բնորոշեց որպես «խիզախ զիջումներ», իսկ ՔՊ-ական մի ներկայացուցիչ էլ Հ1-ի տաղավարում նույն բառերով վերահաստատեց այդ ձևակերպումը։ Նման իրավիճակում թվում է, թե իշխանությունն իր հերթին վերածել է այս գործընթացը մի նոր «Գարնան 17 ակնթարթի»՝ «Համաձայնագրի 17 կետերի» անվան տակ։
 
Կարևոր է արձանագրել, որ վերջին երկու «խիզախ զիջումների»՝ «պետական սահմանին երրորդ երկրի ներկայացուցիչ չունենալու» և «միմյանց նկատմամբ միջազգային հայցերը հետ կանչելու» մասին մենք առաջինը տեղեկանում ենք ադրբեջանական կողմից։ Փաստացի, Ալիևի վարչակազմն է հայտարարում, որ այս թեման արդեն փակված է, և որ իրենք եկել են վերջնական արդյունքի։

Այստեղ առաջանում է ևս մեկ լեգիտիմ հարց․ ստացվում է, որ իշխանությունները ստեղծել են այնպիսի միջավայր, որտեղ սովորական քաղաքացին սկսում է ավելի շատ հավատալ Ալիևին, քան Նիկոլին։ Ավելին, տպավորություն է, թե Ալիևը նույնիսկ ավելի անկեղծ ու ուղղախոս է, քանի որ նրա հայտարարած որևէ բան հայկական կողմը չի հերքում, այլ պարզապես գլխիկոր իրականացնում է։ Այս ամենը միայն մեկ բան է ապացուցում՝ իշխանությունը դարձել է Ալիևի «պատվավոր հյուպատոսը» Հայաստանում և փաստացի տանում է պանթյուրքիզմի առաջխաղացման քաղաքականություն։
