Ռուսաստանն այսօր զարգացնում է հարաբերություններն Ադրբեջանի հետ, և Հայաստանին սա դժվար թե շատ դուր գա, բայց նման հարաբերություններ զարգացնում է ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանը, այլև Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը: Ինձ թվում է՝ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունն այս պահին Երևանում Բաքվի և Անկարայի համար ամենաձեռնտու իշխանությունն է. այս մասին Rusarminfo-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։

«Ինչ վերաբերում է 2020, 2023 թվականներին տեղի ունեցած դեպքերին՝ կապված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդիրների, ռազմական հակամարտության, դրա հետևանքների հետ, այո, ցավոք, դա արտացոլումն է այն բանի, որ Ռուսաստանն ամենակարող չէ։ Որ նա ստիպված է հարմարվել հանգամանքներին: Նա, փաստացի, ներգրավված է Ուկրաինայում Արևմուտքի հետ շատ ավելի լուրջ և կարևոր առճակատման մեջ: Եվ եթե այս առումով այժմ ինչ-որ փոփոխություններ տեղի ունենան, և եթե Ռուսաստանը դուրս գա այս հակամարտությունից այնպես, ինչպես իր համար հնարավոր է համարում, ես վստահ եմ, որ Ռուսաստանը կսկսի ամրապնդել իր դիրքերը, այդ թվում՝ Անդրկովկասում։ Ռուսաստանը հիմա էլ է դա անում։ Բայց, այո, համաձայն եմ, Ռուսաստանը վերջին տարիներին միշտ չէ, որ Կովկասում այնքան վճռական է հանդես եկել, որքան մենք սովոր ենք տեսնել նախորդ դեպքերում»,- ասել է պատգամավորը:

Խոսելով ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների մասին՝ Զատուլինն ընդգծել է, որ շատ կուզենար, որ այդ հարաբերությունները սկզբունքային ու օբյեկտիվ լինեին։

«Որպեսզի Ադրբեջանից չփորձեն մեզ պարտադրել այն տեսակետը, որ Ադրբեջանը Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր դաշնակիցն է տարածաշրջանում, ինչը փաստ չէ։ Ադրբեջանը տարածաշրջանում Թուրքիայի գլխավոր դաշնակիցն է։ Նա չի թաքցնում այդ փաստը Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերություններում, բայց միշտ փորձում է ինչ-որ կերպ քողարկել դա Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում։ Այսինքն՝ նա իրեն պահում է երկերեսանի, ոչ միանշանակ։ Բայց սա, ինչպես գիտենք, հաճախ ուղեկցում է ցանկացած արևելյան քաղաքականության»,- ասել է պատգամավորը:

Անդրադառնալով ռուս-հայկական հարաբերություններին՝ Զատուլինն ընդգծել է, որ ՌԴ-ին «պետք չէ, որ Հայաստանը թույլ լինի, որ չկարողանա պաշտպանվել»։

«Եվ սա է մեր բազան այնտեղ պահելու պատճառը, որն այս առումով պետք է օգնի Հայաստանին։ Անկախ նրանից, թե ինչպիսի իշխանություն է Հայաստանում, շահագրգռված ենք, որ Հայաստանը ուժեղ պետություն լինի»,- ասել է պատգամավորը:
