Հայաստանի կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի նախագահությամբ հայ մեծանուն գրող Ավետիք Իսահակյանի ծննդյան 150-ամյակի հոբելյանական հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստում քննարկվել և հաստատվել են հոբելյանական միջոցառումների ցանկն ու տարբերանշանը:

Նիստին մասնակցել են նաև նախարարի տեղակալ Ալֆրեդ Քոչարյանը, գլխավոր քարտուղար Հասմիկ Հակոբյանը, ինչպես նաև Ավետիք Իսահակյանի թոռը՝ գրականագետ, բանասիրական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Ավետիք Իսահակյանը, որը ևս հանձնաժողովի անդամ է:

Նիստի ընթացքում ամփոփվել և վերջնականացվել է հոբելյանական միջոցառումների ցանկը, որը նախընթաց օրերին հեռավար քվեարկությամբ ձևավորվել էր հանձնաժողովի անդամների կողմից: 

Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն անդրադարձել է Լայպցիգի գրքի միջազգային փառատոնում Իսահակյանի «Աբու-Լալա Մահարի» պոեմի գերմաներեն հրատարակության շնորհանդեսին և քաղաքում նրա հուշատախտակի բացմանը՝ միջոցառումները կարևորելով հոբելյանական տարվա շրջանակում:  Այս համատեքստում նա ընդգծել է Երևանի գրքի միջազգային փառատոնում ևս իսահակյանական գրքերի շնորհանդեսներ նախատեսելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Միջոցառումների ցանկը հաստատելիս հանձնաժողովն առաջնորդվել է նախանշված հիմնական սկզբունքներով, այն է՝ դրանում անպայմանորեն ներառել Իսահակյան մտավորականին համակողմանիորեն բացահայտող գրահրատարակչական ծրագրեր, գիտաժողովի անցկացում, դպրոցականների մասնակցությամբ կրթական ծրագրեր՝ ապահովելով ներառականությունը և այլն: Առանձնակի կարևորվել են բանաստեղծի հայրենի Գյումրիում և հատկապես Գյումրիի թանգարանում անցկացվող միջոցառումները, ինչպես նաև արտերկրում՝ Փարիզում և Վենետիկում հուշատախտակների բացումը և ցուցահանդեսների անցկացումը:

Նիստի ընթացքում ներկայացվել և հաստատվել են նաև Իսահակյանի 150-ամյակի տարբերանշանն ու պաստառը, մեկնաբանվել են դրանց նշանակությունն ու առանձնահատկությունները:

Հոբելյանական հանձնաժողովի նիստում քննարկվել են նաև միջոցառումների ժամանակացույցը, ինչպես նաև կազմակերպական մի շարք այլ հարցեր:
