Եթե ձեզ մոտ քոր է առաջացել, որը երկար ժամանակ չի անցնում, խորհուրդ է տրվում բժշկի դիմել՝ անկախ մաշկի վրա ցան լինելուց։ Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology-ում հրապարակված տվյալների համաձայն՝ մաշկի քորը կարող է լինել օնկոլոգիական հիվանդությունների ախտանիշ։


Հետազոտությունն անցկացրել է ԱՄՆ Ջոն Հոփքինսի բժշկական դպրոցի եւ Մյունստերի համալսարանական հիվանդանոցի (Գերմանիա) մասնագետների միջազգային խումբը։ Նրանք վերլուծել են գրեթե 17 հազար մեծահասակ պացիենտների տվյալները, որոնք բժիշկներին են դիմել քորի գանգատներով, եւ համեմատել են այս խնդրից զերծ շուրջ 5 միլիոն այլ պացիենտների տեղեկությունների հետ։ Պարզվել է, որ քորի առկայության դեպքում չարորակ ուռուցքների զարգացման հավանականությունը 6 անգամ մեծ է եղել։


Գիտնականների խոսքով՝ պացիենտների մոտ, որոնց քորն անհանգստացրել է երկար ժամանակ, առավել հաճախ հայտնաբերվել է լյարդի քաղցկեղ։ Հաճախ հայտնաբերել են նաեւ լեղապարկի կամ լեղուղիների, արյունաստեղծ համակարգի եւ մաշկի ուռուցքներ։


Մաշկային ցանով ուղեկցվող քորը հատուկ էր լեյկեմիայի 2 տեսակներով, ոսկրերի ուռուցքներով, բրոնխների կարցինոմայով եւ բազմակի միելոմայով պացիենտներին։


Հետազոտողների կարծիքով՝ ցանի եւ քաղցկեղային ուռուցքների միջեւ կապ կա․ նորագոյացության մեխանիզմը կարող է հիմնված լինել մաշկի բորբոքային ռեակցիայի վրա։


Անցկացված հետազոտությունը չի պատասխանում այն հարցին, թե որն է առաջնային՝ քաղցկե՞ղը, թե՞ քորը։ Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ են հետագա հետազոտություններ։ Բայց հեղինակները մեկ բանում համոզված են՝ ակնհայտ, տեսանելի բնույթ չունեցող քորը կարող է լինել չարորակ ուռուցքների ախտորոշման մեխանիզմ։
