Արդեն տևական ժամանակ բազմաթիվ փորձագետներ զգուշացնում են, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությանը լուրջ փորձություններ են սպասվում ռելոկանտների հեռանալու, ինչպես նաև վերաարտահանման ծավալների նվազելուն զուգահեռ տնտեսական բացասական երևույթներ են գրանցվում նաև այլ ոլորտներում ևս։ Մինչդեռ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները տնտեսությունն առողջացնելու քայլեր ձեռնարկելու փոխարեն զբաղված են պետական գանձարանը պարզապես թալանելով։

Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի վերջին տվյալների համաձայն` արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի ծավալը Հայաստանում 2025 թվականի հունվարին կազմել է 380 486.7 միլիոն դրամ (ընթացիկ գներով), ինչը 19.4 %-ով պակաս է 2024 թվականի հունվարի համեմատ և 41.3 %-ով պակաս է 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի համեմատ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, փետրվարին արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի ծավալը կազմել է 189 939.7 միլիոն դրամ, ինչը 2024 թվականի փետրվարի համեմատ պակասել է 26.6 %-ով, իսկ 2025 թվականի հունվարի համեմատ՝ 0.6 %-ով։

Բոլոր այս միտումները ցույց են տալիս, որ արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի ծավալը Հայաստանում գնալով նվազում է։ Գործող իշխանություններին այդպես էլ չի հաջողվում նույնիսկ սիրելի Եվրոպայի միջոցով նոր շուկաներ գտնել, ինչը թույլ կտար գործարարններին և այլ ձեռնարկություններին իրացնելու իրենց ապրանքը։ Փոխարենը Հայաստանի աշխատուժի թանկության և ենթակառուցվածքների անբավարարության պատճառով Հայաստանը տնտեսական կորուստներ է ունենում, նույնիսկ Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամը նվազեցրել է Հայաստանի տնտեսական զարգացման տեմպերը 2025 թվականի համար գրեթե 1 ամբողջական տոկոսով։

2025 թ.-ը Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը կարող է փակել բացասական ցուցանիշներով: Առանց այն էլ երկրում հասարակական, քաղաքական ծանր մթնոլորտի պայմաններում տնտեսության նվազումը կարող է ծայրահեղ հետևանքներ ունենալ։ Փոխարենը գործող իշխանությունները բյուջեից ավելացնում են սեփական պարգևավճարները, անխնա թալանում պետական բյուջեն՝ օգտագործելով իրենց պարգևների, գործուղումների և թանկարժեք մեքենաների վրա։
