Նախօրեին Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական համաժողովի շրջանակներում կայացել է Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումը, ըստ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ի, քննարկել են Հայաստան-Թուրքիա երկկողմ օրակարգի ընթացիկ հարցերը։ Միրզոյանն ու Ֆիդանը մտքեր են փոխանակել տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային զարգացումների շուրջ։ Հաղորդագրությունն այսքանով ավարտվում է։ Փակ հանդիպման և քննարկված այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ ոչ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն, ոչ էլ Թուրքիայի համապատասխան գերատեսչությունն այլ մանրամասներ չեն ներկայացրել։

Թուրքական լրատվամիջոցներին տված հարցազրույցում Միրզոյանը հայտարարել է, թե երկու կողմերն էլ ըմբռնում ունեն, որ վերջնական արդյունքն ու խնդիրը հարաբերությունների լիակատար կարգավորումն է, ներառյալ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատումն ու սահմանների լրիվ բացումը։ Արարատ Միրզոյանի այս խանդավառությունն ամենևին էլ հիմքեր չունի։ Տակավին դրանից մեկ օր առաջ նույն Անթալիայում կայացել էր Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպումը։ Էրդողանն Ալիևին ասել էր, թե Թուրքիան շարունակում է Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների համակարգված կարգավորման գործընթացը` փաստացի ակնարկելով, որ քանի դեռ հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները կարգավորված չեն, Թուրքիայի կողմից որևէ կարգավորում սպասել չարժե։

Անկարան մշտապես հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը կապել է հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հետ, և քանի դեռ Հայաստանը վերջնականապես չի կապիտուլացվել, Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների որևէ կարգավորում չի լինելու։ Մյուս կողմից էլ հայկական դիվանագիտությունն ու իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան փորձում են հանրությանը համոզել, թե Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի մեջ ինչ-որ երևակայական խնդիրներ կան, որոնք թույլ կտան կարգավորել հարաբերությունները Թուրքիայի հետ։ Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ֆորումը լավ հնարավորություն էր հերթական անգամ բացահայտելու Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կեղծիքը։ Ըստ այդմ, Թուրքիան որևէ կերպ շահագրգռված չէ բացելու սահմանները։ Դա է վկայում արդեն 2 տարուց ավելի ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը, որը մինչ օրս թուրքական կողմը չի կատարել։
