«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալը և դեպի Եվրամիություն կողմնորոշվելու փորձերը կարող են լուրջ տնտեսական հետևանքների հանգեցնել»,- հայտարարել է Հայ գործարարների ասոցիացիայի և «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի նախագահ Սամվել Կարապետյանը՝ Մոսկվայում Հայ գործարարների ասոցիացիայի կազմակերպած բիզնես ֆորումի ժամանակ:

Սա այն դեպքերից է, երբ առնվազն չի կարելի անտեսել հնչեցված դիտարկումները, հատկապես՝ այդ դիտարկումների տնտեսական բաղադրիչը: Սամվել Կարապետյանը նախ ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանում հայ գործարարները ոչ միայն ամրապնդում են իրենց դիրքերը բիզնեսում, այլև ակտիվորեն աջակցում են Հայաստանին՝ ստեղծելով նոր աշխատատեղեր, ներդրումներ կատարելով տնտեսության առանցքային ոլորտներում, խթանելով Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջև առևտրատնտեսական կապերի զարգացումը: Նրա խոսքով, չնայած բոլոր մարտահրավերներին, հայ գործարար համայնքը մնում է Հայաստանի տնտեսական կայունության և բարգավաճման հուսալի հենարանը: Բայց այդ բոլոր ջանքերը կարող են հայտնվել լրջագույն հարցականի, եթե ոչ՝ սպառնալիքի տակ:

Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը, ինչպես հայտնի է, «սուրում» է դեպի Եվրամիություն, անգամ դրան նվիրված օրենք ընդունեցին օրերս՝ առանց հաշվի առնելու, որ Եվրամիությունում, այն էլ այս խառը ժամանակներում, Հայաստանին ոչ ոք չի սպասում: Նման անլուրջ մոտեցումներով Փաշինյանը Հայաստանը Եվրամիություն հազիվ թե կարողանա քարշ տալ, բայց կարող է արմատապես փչացնել հարաբերությունները ԵԱՏՄ-ի ու Ռուսաստանի հետ:

Ի՞նչ է զգուշացնում Սամվել Կարապետյանը. «Եթե Հայաստանը դուրս գա Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունից, ապա գների և մատակարարումների կարգավորման միասնական մեխանիզմները կդադարեն գործել, ինչը նշանակում է, որ կբարձրանան գազի, նավթամթերքի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի գները: Այսինքն, Հայաստանի ողջ տնտեսությունը կարող է լուրջ հարվածի ենթարկվել, որը կարող է հանգեցնել տնտեսության առանձին հատվածների կաթվածահարմանը և երկրի տնտեսական համակարգի կայունության խաթարմանը։ Կարևոր է հասկանալ, որ էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը միայն տնտեսական հարց չէ, այլ ռազմավարական գործոն, որից կախված է երկրի ապագան: Եվ ցանկացած քայլ, որը կարող է վտանգի տակ դնել անվտանգությունը, պետք է մանրակրկիտ հաշվի առնվի՝ ելնելով ոչ թե կարճաժամկետ քաղաքական հաշվարկներից, այլ ազգային իրական շահերից»:
