Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳ նախարարի հայտարարությունների վերաբերյալ: 

Հայտարարության մեջ նշված է, թե 2025 թվականի ապրիլի 14-ին Ֆրանսիայի Եվրոպայի և արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան Նոել Բարրոն, ելույթ ունենալով Լյուքսեմբուրգում կայացած Եվրամիության արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հանդիպման ժամանակ, «մի շարք հակաադրբեջանական մեղադրանքներ է հնչեցրել կապված տարածաշրջանային լարվածության, խաղաղության գործընթացի և Ադրբեջանում ներկայումս դատվող հայերի վերաբերյալ»։

Չնայած Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն քննադատել է ֆրանսիացի նախարարի հայտարարությունը, Բաքվում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանը X սոցիալական ցանցի իր էջում վերահրապարակել է այդ մեղադրանքները։

«Ադրբեջանը վճռական կերպով մերժում և դատապարտում է Ֆրանսիայի Եվրոպայի և արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան Նոել Բարրոյի մեղադրանքները, որոնց հղում է անում նաև Ադրբեջանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանը»,- ասել է Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության խոսնակ Այխան Հաջիզադեն։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ֆրանսիական քաղաքականության մեջ կիրառվող երկակի ստանդարտները՝ խաղաղության ցանկության մասին հայտարարությունները հակամարտության սրմանը նպաստող գործողությունների ֆոնին, ցույց են տալիս մտահոգիչ հակասություն։ Նման երեսպաշտ քաղաքականությունը խոչընդոտում է տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղության հեռանկարներին։

«Ֆրանսիայի կողմից Հայաստանին մահացու զենքի մատակարարումը, զուգորդված նրա շարունակական հակաադրբեջանական դիրքորոշման հետ, խաթարում է խաղաղության գործընթացը և կտրուկ հակադրվում է արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան Նոել Բարրոյի հրապարակային արտահայտած մտահոգությանը տարածաշրջանային լարվածության վերաբերյալ»,- ասել է Հաջիզադեն։

Չնայած խաղաղության համաձայնագրի նախագծի ավարտը կարևոր իրադարձություն է, ֆրանսիական կողմը հիանալի հասկանում է, որ այն ստորագրելու և կայուն կայունություն հաստատելու համար, այլ հարցերի հետ մեկտեղ, անհրաժեշտ է վերացնել հիմնական խնդիրները, մասնավորապես՝ «Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունում տարածքային պահանջները», ինչպես նաև` Մինսկի խմբի և ԵԱՀԿ այլ հարակից կառույցների պաշտոնական լուծարումը։

«Մարդկության դեմ հանցագործությունների մեջ մեղադրվողների դատավարություններին խոչընդոտելը ոչ միայն հանդիսանում է երկրի ինքնիշխանությանը միջամտություն, այլև խաթարում է սարսափելի վայրագությունների համար պատասխանատվության սահմանման գործընթացը: Ֆրանսիայի կողմից նման միջամտությունը ծառայում է անպատժելիության պահպանմանը՝ պաշտպանելով մեղավորներին»,- ասել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ խոսնակը:

Նա նաև հավելել է, որ տարածաշրջանային գործերին միջամտելու փոխարեն, Ֆրանսիան պետք է հրաժարվի իր նեոգաղութատիրական քաղաքականությունից, հատկապես` իր անդրծովյան տարածքներում և Աֆրիկայում։ 

Մենք պահանջում ենք Ֆրանսիայից դադարեցնել քայլերը, որոնք չեն ծառայում խաղաղությանը և խաթարում են տարածաշրջանի կայունությունը»,- ասել է Հաջիզադեն:
