Արցախցիների վերջին կազմակերպված գործողությունները խուճապի են մատնել Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին։ Հիշեցնենք, Արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհուրդը մարտի վերջին բազմահազարանոց հանրահավաք էր գումարել Ազատության պողոտայում, որից հետո նաև վրան տեղադրեցին և Հայաստանի իշխանություններին մի քանի պահանջներ ներկայացրեցին արցախցիների սոցիալական ապահովության ծրագրերը շարունակելու վերաբերյալ։

Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փաստացի թշնամաբար են վերաբերվում արցախցիներին, քանի որ վախենում են կազմակերպված կառույցներից և ամեն ինչ անում են, որպեսզի արցախցիները լքեն Հայաստանը, իսկ եթե բնակվում էլ են Հայաստանում, ապա գոնե իրար մոտ չապրեն, տեղավորվեն սահմանամերձ գոտիներում, հնարավորինս հեռու մնան Երևանից և քաղաքական զարգացումներից։ Բողոքի ակցիաների առաջին օրերին Փաշինյանն առանձնապես լուրջ չէր վերաբերվում այս զարգացումներին, անգամ մերձավոր շրջապատում հայտարարում էր, թե մեկ-երկու օր բողոքի ակցիա կանեն, ապա կցրվեն, բայց պարզվեց, որ արցախցիները շատ ավելի կազմակերպված և ավելի լավ են գործում և, ընդհուպ, խուճապի են մատնում գործող իշխանություններին։

Տասնամյակներ շարունակ թշնամու վտանգի տակ բնակվող մեր հայրենակիցները հրաշալի գիտեն, թե ինչ է զինվորական կարգապահությունը և իրենց գործողություններում էլ ավելի գրագետ են, քայլ առ քայլ հասնում են իրենց իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը, զգուշորեն են հատում իշխանությունների կարմիր գծերը, թույլ չեն տալիս, որպեսզի փաշինյանական իշխանությունը գնա կոպիտ միջամտությունների։

Քարոզչական դաշտում էլ իշխանությունները պարտվում են։ Օրերս Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը հարցազրույցի էր հրավիրել Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանին և Պետրոս Ղազարյանն իրեն բնորոշ ցինիզմով փորձում էր հունից հանել արցախցի պաշտոնյային, բայց տեղի ունեցավ հակառակը։ Ըստ էության, հենց Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության մեկնաբանը խայտառակ եղավ, իսկ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանն այնպիսի մաստեր կլասսի, բանավեճ տարավ Պետրոսի հետ, որ ավելի սրեց իշխանության խուճապները։ Թերևս հենց դրանով է պայմանավորված, որ իշխանությունները համաձայնվեցին ևս 1 ամսով էլ երկարաձգել «40+10» ծրագիրը` փոխարենը խնդրելով հեռացնել վրաններն Ազատության հրապարակից։ Փաշինյանը նոր դավադրություն է մտածում, թե ինչպես կարող է ընդհանրապես զսպել արցախցիների բողոքը` թույլ չտալով դրա հետագա տարածումը։
