«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, մի քանի օր առաջ Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչներ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի ու Սերդար Քըլըչի՝ ներքին խողովակներով հերթական զրույցի ժամանակ վերջինս թափանցիկ ակնարկներ է արել, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության ուրացման, Անկախության հռչակագրից հրաժարվելու ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հայտարարությունները տպավորիչ ու գոհացնող են, սակայն դրանք ընդամենը հայտարարություններ են:

Ակնարկվել է, որ Թուրքիայի համար ինդիկատոր կարող է լինել Ապրիլի 24-ին Հայաստանի իշխանությունների պահվածքը՝ ի՞նչ միջոցառումներ կարվեն պետական մակարդակով, ի՞նչ ուղերձ կհղի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, կարտաբերի՞ Ցեղասպանություն բառը, թե՞ ոչ, կգնա՞ Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր և այլն:

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բառիս բուն իմաստով փակուղու առջև է: Հասկանալի է, որ իշխանություններն առանձնահատուկ որևէ բան չեն նախաձեռնելու, և սա առաջին անգամն է, որ Հայաստանում պետական մակարդակով չի նշվելու «կլոր» տարելիցը: Սակայն մի կողմից՝ չայցելել Ծիծեռնակաբերդ, չափից ավելի է նույնիսկ այս իշխանության դեպքում. դա արդեն պաշտոնական մակարդակով կապացուցի ուրացումը: Մյուս կողմից՝ այցելելը կարող է «վշտացնել» Թուրքիային ու Ադրբեջանին, ինչից այդքան անհանգստանում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Դա է նաև պատճառը, որ ինչքան մոտենում է Հայոց ցեղասպանության տարելիցի օրը, ինչքան մոտենում է Ջահերով երթի օրը, այնքան ջղաձիգ են դառնում Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, ավելի հաճախ են հարձակվում ազգային արժեքների, ազգային ուժերի ու անհատների վրա: Ավելին, մեր տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շատ կցանկանար, որ ընդդիմադիրներն իր առջև փակեին Ծիծեռնակաբերդ տանող ճանապարհը: Այդպես նա կխուսափի հուշահամալիր այցելելուց և դրա համար «ալիբի» կունենա:
