Հայկական ֆուտբոլի աստղ Հայաստանի հավաքականի նախկին ֆուտբոլիստ Հենրիխ Մխիթարյանի աջակցությունը ջահերով երթին, մտահոգել և կատաղության է հասցրել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, վերջինս չափազանց ծանր է տարել, որ մի շարք հայտնի անձանց հետ միասին նաև Մխիթարյանն է հրապարակայնորեն կոչ արել հանրությանը՝ մասնակցել ջահերով երթին, և քանի որ Փաշինյանի ականջին կաթացնում են, որ մեծ սպորտը թողնելուց հետո Հենրիխ Մխիթարյանը կարող է հասարակական քաղաքական գործունեություն ծավալել, այս փաստը ուղղակի ցնցումների է մատնել գործող իշխանությանը։

Հենիխ Մխիթարյանն ընդհանրապես ընկալվում է որպես գործող վարչախմբի ակտիվ ընդդիմադիր, թեպետ առանձնապես այդ ուղղությամբ ջանքեր չի գործադրել, և տարբեր ակցիաներին նրա աջակցությունը դիտարկվում է որպես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ իրականացված գործունեություն։ Հենրիխ Մխիթարյանը մշտապես բարձրացրել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հարցը, Արցախում էթնիկ զտումների հարցը, այսինքն՝ ֆուտբոլից դուրս ինչ անում է, ընկալվում է որպես ընդդիմությանն աջակցություն։

Ու քանի որ մեր տարածաշրջանում բավականին լավ օրինակներ կան, երբ անվանի ֆուտբոլիստները քաղաքական լուրջ կարիերա են անում, այս հանգամանքը խուճապի է մատնում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին»։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Թբիլիսիի քաղաքապետը, աշխարհահռչակ նախկին ֆուտբոլիստ Կախա Կալաձեն է, Վրաստանի այսօրվա նախագահ Կավելաշվիլին ևս ժամանակին հայտնի ֆուտբոլիստ էր։ Հենրիխ Մխիթարյանի պարագան չափազանց բարդ է Փաշինյանի համար, քանի որ նրան դժվար է ինչ-որ բանի հետ կապել, ընդհանրապես խոցելի չէ, ինտելեկտուալ է, ունի բավական լավ հաջողության պատմություն, իր խելքով ու հեղինակությամբ մի քանի անգամ գերազանցում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, և հենց այս փաստն է, որ հիստերիայի է մատնել գործող իշխանություններին։
