«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Գնալով ավելի ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոչ միայն խնդիրներ ունի բոլոր արտաքին խաղացողների հետ կապված, ոչ միայն նրա վարկանիշն է հասել շրիշակի մակարդակի, այլև որոշակի ճաքեր կան հենց իր կուսակցության ներսում:

Նախ՝ նրա «վրայից թռան» Հովիկ Աղազարյանն ու Հակոբ Ասլանյանը, որոնք ժամանակին «Նիկոլից ավելի Նիկոլ» էին: Ընդ որում, առաջինը բավականին փորձառու քաղաքական գործիչ է և այդքան էլ միամիտ չէ, որքան կարող է թվալ: Եվ նա, փաստացի, Փաշինյանի բերած պատուհասների համար իր բաժին պատասխանատվությունից գլուխն ազատելու համար «արագի մեջ» մի կողմ քաշվեց: Հաջորդը Վիլեն Գաբրիել յանն է, որը, լինելով ՔՊ հիմնադիրներից, հատկապես վերջին շրջանում ամեն ինչ անում էր Փաշինյանից դիստանցավորվելու համար: Եվ Գյումրու «միջադեպն», ըստ էության, «հիանալի» առիթ էր նրա համար: Կան խոսակցություններ, որ հաջորդ «օղակը» կարող է լինել «Շիշ բռնող» մականունը ստացած քպական պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանը: ՔՊ-ում խոսում են, որ նա ևս Փաշինյանից դիստանցավորվելու, հեռանալու և գլուխն ազատելու ճանապարհն է բռնել:

Այս ամենը ցույց է տալիս, որ ՔՊ ներսում ամեն ինչ այնքան էլ հանդարտ չէ, ու չի բացառվում, որ արտահերթ ընտրության գնալու որոշման պարագայում, երբ վարչապետը հրաժարական ներկայացնի, «պոկվող օղակները» առաջադրեն իրենց թեկնածուին (ասենք՝ Մհեր Գրիգորյանին կամ Սուրեն Պապիկյանին) ու ձերբազատվեն Փաշինյանից՝ իրենց փրկելու համար: Չի բացառվում նաև, որ նույն այդ «օղակները» ընտրեն ընդդիմության առաջարկած թեկնածուին՝ նույն հաշվարկներով:

Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար լուրջ հարված էր նաև ՍԴ որոշումը՝ ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման օրենքի հետ կապված: Ճիշտ է, արտաքուստ թվում է, թե վիճարկվող հոդվածները սահմանադրական են ճանաչվել, սակայն իրականում ՍԴ-ն այնպիսի երկու սահմանափակում է դրել, որ, ըստ էության, նշյալ օրենքի կիրառումը դնում է լուրջ կաղապարների մեջ: Խոսքն այն մասին է, որ բռնագանձման ենթակա կարող է լինել միայն այն ենթադրյալ ապօրինի գույքը, որը ձեռք է բերվել որևէ պաշտոնյայի կողմից միայն պաշտոնն ստանձնելուց հետո, և երկրորդ՝ տվյալ գույքը պետք է ուղղակիորեն կապված լինի կոնկրետ հանցանքի հետ, որի համար տվյալ անձը դատապարտվել է: Սա, ըստ էության, զգալիորեն «կապում» է իրավապահների ձեռքերը՝ անվերապահ կատարելու իշխանությունների պատվերները:
