Ըստ վերջին 10 տարիների արդյունքների՝ զինվորական պարտադիր ծառայության հրավիրվածների 30-ից 40 տոկոսն է զորակոչվում ծառայության: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանը, ով հանդես է եկել օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ, որով առաջարկում է մինչև 18 տարեկան արական սեռի քաղաքացիների համար ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունը փոխելու համար բազային տուրքը դարձնել 15 մլն դրամ:

Նախագծով պատգամավորը մի շարք մտահոգիչ տվյալներ է մատնանշել: Մասնավորապես՝ մինչև 18 տարին լրանալը հրաժարվում են ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունից. 2020-ից 2024 թվականների ընթացքում արական սեռի մինչև 18 տարեկան 8,721 ՀՀ քաղաքացի հրաժարվել է քաղաքացիությունից:

Մեկնում են ՀՀ-ից բուժման, ուսման կամ այլ պատրվակով և մինչև 27 կամ 37 տարին լրանալը չեն վերադառնում (2010-ից 2024 թվականների ընթացքում ՀՀ քրեական օերնսգրքի 461-րդ հոդվածով (նախկին 327-րդ հոդված) հարուցված քրեական գործերից 2, 494-ը կարճվել են քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու վաղեմության ժամկետն անցնելու հիմքով):

Ծառայությունից ազատվելու համար զինվորական ծառայության հետ անհամատեղելի հիվանդությունների թղթեր են պատրաստում: Պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից տարկետում ստացածների և ծառայությունից ազատվածների թվի ավելի քան 80 տոկոսն են կազմում առողջական խնդիրներով պայմանավորված ազատվածներն ու տարկետում ստացածները:

Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատգամավորը նշեց, որ թվերն իսկապես մտահոգիչ են, դրա համար է առաջացել նման նախագծով հանդես գալու անհրաժեշտությունը:

«Քաղաքացիությունից հրաժարվելու համար ծնողներից առնվազն մեկը պետք է նույնպես ՀՀ քաղաքացի չլինի, դրանով է պայմանավորված իգական և արական սեռի 27 տարին լրացածների քաղաքացիությունից հրաժարվելու դեպքերը»,- ասաց նա:
