Ի՞նչ է սպասվում Փաշինյանին Մոսկվայի Հաղթանակի շքերթին

Մոսկվայում հաղթանակի 80-ամյակի շքերթին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մասնակցությունը Հայաստանի կառավարությունը հաստատել էր, բայց առայժմ վերջնական հաստատում չկա։ Ռուսական կողմն էլ կարծում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարող է մի հերթական «օյինբազություն» անել, որպեսզի չմեկնի Մոսկվա՝ մասնակցելու Հաղթանակի շքերթին։

Այստեղ կա մեկ այլ խնդիր, որը ռուսների համար ահավոր սկզբունքային է։ Բանն այն է, որ այդ զինվորական շքերթներին մասնակցում են խորհրդային բոլոր երկրների ստորաբաժանումները, բացառությամբ մերձբալթյան երկրների, որոնք իրենց մոտ են ինչ-որ միջոցառումներ անում և վաղուց այլևս Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները, կոպիտ ասած, խզել են։ Նախորդ տարիներին հայկական ստորաբաժանումները մասնակցել են հատկապես հոբելյանական շքերթներին, իսկ այս տարի Ռուսաստանն առանձնակի շքեղությամբ է կազմակերպում իր շքերթը և ակնկալում էր, որ Հայաստանից ևս ռազմական ստորաբաժանում կմասնակցի։ Օրինակ, ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումը հստակ մասնակցելու է շքերթին, իսկ Հայաստանից առայժմ որևէ հաստատում չկա։ Ռուսական կողմն ակնկալում է, որ ոչ միայն երկրի ղեկավարը նստած կլինի տրիբունայում, այլև շքերթին կմասնակցի տվյալ երկրի ստորաբաժանումը։ Եվ այդ մասին ուղիղ ակնարկել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Վերջինս գտնվում է կրկնակի ճնշման տակ։

Մյուս կողմից էլ Արևմուտքը պահանջում է ընդհուպ չմասնակցել այդ շքերթին։ Դրա վերջին դրսևորումը Էստոնիայում վարչապետների համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսն էր, երբ ժուռնալիստի բերանով ուղիղ ակնարկեցին, որ մի կողմից Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փորձում է բարելավել հարաբերությունները Եվրոպայի հետ, ընդհուպ անդամագրվել Եվրամիությանը, մյուս կողմից շարունակում է համագործակցել Ռուսաստանի և ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ, թեպետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձեց քնքշորեն խուսանավել այդ հարցից, բայց խնդիրն այն է, որ իրավիճակն ամենևին էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օգտին չէ, և 2 ուղղությամբ էլ նա լուրջ ճնշման է ենթարկվում։
