«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Իրանի ճանապարհների և քաղաքաշինության նախարարի խորհրդական Ամին Տարաֆոն հայտարարել է, որ Իրանն առաջարկել է ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ ծրագրի շրջանակում ստեղծել Իրան-Ադրբեջան-Վրաստան տարանցիկ միջանցք:

Թեմային անդրադառնալով՝ «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» տելեգրամյան ալիքը նշում է, որ Իրանը ցանկանում է Հայաստանին զուգահեռ այլընտրանքային ելք ունենալ Վրաստան՝ սևծովյան նավահանգիստներ, իսկ Իրան-Ադրբեջան երկաթգիծն ապագայում կարող է միանալ Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Կարս երկաթգծին և Բաքու-Բաթում, Բաքու-Փոթի առկա ավտոմայրուղիներին և լոգիստիկային. «Այս պահին Իրանն ու Ադրբեջանը կյանքի են կոչում Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջանցքը. երկաթգիծ է կառուցվում, որը ՌԴ-ն Ադրբեջանի տարածքով միացնելու է Իրանին և Պարսից ծոցի իրանական նավահանգիստներին։ Իր հերթին՝ Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է Իրանի տարածքով ելք ունենալ դեպի Նախիջևան՝շրջանցելով Սյունիքն ու փակ պահելով սահմանն ու բլոկադայի ենթարկելով Հայաստանին։

Իրանը ցանկանում է օգտագործել Ադրբեջանի լոգիստիկ ցանցը դեպի Վրաստան դուրս գալու համար։ Վրաստանն էլ է հետաքրքրված Իրանի հետ կապերի խորացմամբ, իսկ Ադրբեջանն այս պարագայում կրկին դառնում է տարանցիկ միջանցք այս անգամ Իրանի ու Վրաստանի համար։ Բաքուն ցանկանում է Հայաստանին դուրս թողնել լոգիստիկ նախագծերից։ Եթե Հայաստանը Բաքվին չի տրամադրում Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը, ապա հայ-թուրքական և հայադրբեջանական սահմանները շարունակելու են մնալ փակ՝ Հայաստանի բլոկադան շարունակվելու է։

Բաքուն տասնամյակներ շարունակ փակ է պահում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանը, իսկ Թուրքիան՝ ի աջակցություն կրտսեր եղբայր Ադրբեջանի՝ փակ է պահում հայ-թուրքական սահմանը։ Տարիներ շարունակ Իլհամ Ալիևը ՀՀ-ն մեկուսացնելու համար ստեղծել է Ադրբեջան-Վրաստան-Թուրքիա էներգետիկ-տրանսպորտային միջանցքը, որը շրջանցում էր թե ՀՀ-ին, թե ՌԴ-ին՝ Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրներին թույլ տալով Ադրբեջանի տարանցիկ հզորություններով ելք ունենալ դեպի սևծովյան նավահանգիստներ՝ Եվրոպա և Թուրքիա։

Հայաստանը պետք է ավելի օպերատիվ կերպով կյանքի կոչի Հյուսիս-Հարավ նախագիծն ու դառնա Իրանի կամուրջը դեպի Վրաստան ու ՌԴ, ինչպես նաև ռուսական ապրանքների համար տարանցիկ միջանցք դառնա դեպի Իրանի 80 միլիոնանոց շուկա։

Իրանը ցանկանում է ՀՀ-ի հետ կյանքի կոչել տրանսպորտային-էներգետիկ նախագծեր՝ դրանով նպաստելով հայկական տնտեսության աճին, ինչպես նաև զսպելով թուրքադրբեջանական նկրտումները ՀՀ-ի հանդեպ։ ՀՀ-ն պետք է վերածվի տարանցիկ միջանցքի՝ Հյուսիս-Հարավ ուղղության վրա՝ նոր որակ հաղորդի իր լոգիստիկային, համատեղ նախագծեր կյանքի կոչի հարևան ու բարեկամ Վրաստանի հետ, ինչպես նաև ներգրավի հնդկական, չինական, ռուսական ներդրումներ հայկական տնտեսության մեջ՝ հատկապես ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող Սյունիքի մարզում։

Այսպիսով, Հարավային Կովկասում սրվում է մրցակցությունը լոգիստիկ միջանցքների և տարանցման համար։ Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է հնարավորինս շատ երկրների համար դառնալ տարանցիկ միջանցք՝ բարձրացնելով իր գեոպոլիտիկ և գեոտնտեսական նշանակությունը Արևմուտքի, Արևելքի, ՌԴ-ի ու Իրանի համար։

Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է մեկուսացված պահել Հայաստանը՝ թույլ չտալով հայկական տնտեսությանն աճել՝ դրանով նպաստելով ՀՀ-ի հայաթափմանը։

Իրանն ու ՌԴ-ն ցանկանում են ՀՀ-ի հետ կյանքի կոչել Հյուսիս-Հարավ նախագիծը, սակայն դրա համար Երևանը պետք է ավելի օպերատիվ կերպով իրականացնի իր տարածքում լոգիստիկայի շինարարությունն ու ամրապնդի Սյունիքի անվտանգությունը»։
