Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն առաջիկայում Հայաստան կայցելի։ Այս մասին երեկ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում թեթև ակնարկել էր ԱԺ նախագահը, նշելով, որ Հայաստան են այցելելու ՌԴ արտգործնախարարն ու Դաշնային խորհրդի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն։ Մատվիենկոն, ըստ առկա տեղեկությունների, Հայաստան է այցելելու հունիսին։ Մինչ այդ էլ, թերևս, տեղի կունենա Լավրովի այցը։ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությունից հաստատել են, որ Սերգեյ Լավրովը կայցելի Հայաստան, բայց հստակ ամսաթիվ առայժմ չեն ասել։

Հայ-ռուսական վատթարացած հարաբերությունների ֆոնին թե՛ Լավրովի այցը և թե՛ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոյի հնարավոր այցն իշխանությունը փորձելու է ներկայացնել որպես Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու քայլ։ Բայց մինչ այդ Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պետք է մեկնի Մոսկվա՝ մասնակցելու հաղթանակի շքերթին։ Մինչ այս պահը պաշտոնական որևէ հայտարարություն չկա։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, եթե Փաշինյանը տրվի Արևմուտքի պահանջներին և հրաժարվի մասնակցել շքերթին, ապա ոչ Լավրովը, ոչ էլ Մատվիենկոն Հայաստան չեն ժամանելու, իսկ Փաշինյանի հետ հարաբերությունները շատ ավելի վատ ընթացք են ունենալու։

Ի դեպ, վերջին շրջանում գործող իշխանություններն ավելի շատ Ռուսաստանից, քան Արևմուտքից են վախենում։ Հատկապես Հայաստանի ուղղությամբ կուրատոր Սերգեյ Կիրենկոյի նշանակումը խառնել է Փաշինյանի իշխանության հաշվարկները։ Նախորդ դեպքերում կարողանում էին որոշ հարցերում ինչոր սեպարատ պայմանավորվածությունների հանգել՝ իրենց վրայից հեռացնելով Կրեմլի զայրույթը։ Այս անգամ բավականին կոշտ քաղաքականություն է վարվելու, ընդ որում ոչ հրապարակային։

Ռուսաստանը լուրջ է տրամադրված իր ազդեցությունը ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլև Հարավային Կովկասում վերականգնելու և ահռելի աշխատանք է տանելու այդ ուղղությամբ։ Չի բացառվում, որ ի վերջո, դա հանգեցնի նաև փաշինյանական իշխանության իշխանազրկման։
