Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Շատերը չգիտեն, բայց ասեմ, որ տեսախցիկի առաջ տարիներ շարունակ «քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստ» խաղացած Խանդանյան Սարգիսը՝ արևմտյան դրամաշնորհներից սնված հերթական նախագծային կերպարն էր, ով այսօր, մի ձեռքի շարժումով , ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահն է։

Հիշյալ պերսոնաժի այսօրվա ԱԺ ելույթն ավելի շատ հիշեցնում էր քարոզչական մանիֆեստ, հակաքարոզ քան զուտ քաղաքական գնահատական։ Նրա ելույթի առանցքային շեշտադրումներն ուղղված էին մեկ հիմնական նպատակի՝ ՀՀԿ-ի՝ որպես պատմական ու պետականորեն արդյունավետ ուժի լիակատար վարկաբեկմանը։ Սակայն սա արվում է նոր, արևմտյան սցենարով՝ հանրությանն առաջարկելով ոչ թե քաղաքական այլընտրանք, այլ՝ պատմական հիշողության խզում և ինքնության աղճատում։

Ի՞նչ է իրականում ասում Խանդանյանը։ Նա ոչ թե քննադատում է կոնկրետ դիրքորոշում, այլ խեղդում է այլակարծությունը, մանիպուլացնում ողջ իրականությունը, որովհետև շատ լավ գիտի՝ ընդդիմությունը հենց հիմա միջազգային հարթակում կարող է խոսել Հայաստանի անունից՝ շատ ավելի վստահ և արժանապատիվ, քան իշխանությունն է կարողանում (Էդուարդ Շարմազանովի ելույթը ասվածիս փայլուն օրինակ է)։ Տվյալ դեպքում խոսքը վերաբերում է Հայկ Մամիջանյանին, ով ԵԺԿ հարթակում ներկայացնում է ՀՀԿ-ն՝ որպես միակ լեգիտիմ ընդդիմադիր ուժ՝ հակառակ իշխանության՝ այդ դարպասներից դուրս մնալու իրողությանը։

Խանդանյանը նշում է, թե իբր Մամիջանյանը «հակապետական գործունեություն է ծավալել, գործել է ՀՀ շահերին դեմ»: Այն դեպքում, երբ Մամիջանյանը եզակի ընդդիմադիրներից է, ով եվրոպական ամբիոններից ամեն անգամ հակաադրեջանական թիվ մեկ քննադատն է, Արցախի ու արցապահայության ցեղասպան քաղաքակաության մասին բարձրաձայնող անձնավորոթյուն: Խանդանյանը թիրախավորել է նաև ՍԵՊԱ-ն՝ մի փաստաթուղթ, որը ՀՀԿ-ն ձևավորեց աշխարհաքաղաքական բարդ փուլում՝ պահպանելով ԵՄ-ի հետ ինստիտուցիոնալ հարաբերությունները։ Իշխանությունը հիմա դա ներկայացնում է որպես «զիջում»՝ մոռանալով, որ իրենց օրոք արտաքին քաղաքականության բոլոր ուղղություններում կոլափս է ու ավերակ։

Բայց սա պարզապես ներհայաստանյան վարկաբեկում չէ։ Սա Բոլթոնի 2018-ի ուղերձի՝ «Հայաստանը պիտի դուրս գա պատմական կաղապարներից» ծրագրային շարունակությունն է։ Խոսքը մի ամբողջ մոդելի մասին է՝ վերացնել ազգային ինքնությունը որպես քաղաքականություն, ու դրա փոխարեն բերել արևմտյան վերատպված էլիտա։ Խանդանյանը այդ սերիալից է՝ հերթական կերպարը, ով «ժողովրդի ձայնից» դարձել է քաղաքական ինստիտուտի ձայնազրկում իրականացնող գործիք։

Իսկ ինչու՞ այսքան զայրույթ ՀՀԿ-ի ու Մամիջանյանի դեմ։ Որովհետև իրենք գիտեն՝ հանրային բևեռացումը գնում է դեպի պահպաողականություն՝ ի դեմս ՀՀԿ-ի, ու որքան էլ տարբեր սեկտորներից զազրախոսեն, որքան էլ վարկաբեկեն, որքան էլ պիտակավորեն (դավադրություններ հյուսեն)՝ հասարակությունն արդեն սկսում է հասկանալ, թե այդ կերպարների իրական դեմքը։
