Հարգելի՛ գործընկերներ, տեղեկացնում եմ, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայությամբ գործող «Երևանի պատանի հանդիսատեսի թատրոն» ՀՈԱԿ-ում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից մշակված համալիր առողջացման ծրագիրը, որն իր մեջ ներառում է ինչպես թատրոնի շենքային պայմանների բարելավման, տեխնիկական վերազինման, այնպես էլ գեղարվեստական բովանդակության վերանայման և ստեղծվող մշակութային արտադրանքի՝ արդի պահանջներին համապատասխանեցման, պատանի հանդիսատեսին արվեստի և գրականության նոր նմուշների հետ ծանոթացման, թատերական ներկայացումների որակի բարելավման գործընթացը:

Մասնավորապես, առաջիկայում նոր թափով կշարունակվեն թատրոնի շենքի հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքները, որից հետո կիրականացվի թատրոնի տեխնիկական ամբողջական վերազինման ծրագիրը: Մհեր Մկրտչյանի անվան արտիստական թատրոնում իրականացված վերազինման և արդիականացման ծրագրի նմանությամբ, Պատանի հանդիսատեսի թատրոնը նույնպես կվերազինվի նոր ձայնային և լուսային տեխնիկայով:
Շենքի հիմնանորոգման և արդիականացման ամբողջական ծրագրի համար համայնքային բյուջեից կհատկացվի շուրջ 2 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ:

Թատրոնի շենքի հիմնանորոգման ժամանակահատվածում քաղաքապետարանը նախատեսում է թատրոնի անձնակազմին գործուղել մարզային հյուրախաղերի՝ ապահովելով թատրոնի անձնակազմի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը: Մինչև տարեվերջ նախատեսվում է մեծացնել թատրոնի սուբսիդավորումը շուրջ 150 մլն ՀՀ դրամով, որից 100 մլն ՀՀ դրամ կուղղվի աշխատավարձային ֆոնդի ավելացմանը, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա էականորեն բարձրացնել աշխատակազմի աշխատավարձը: Եվս 50 մլն ՀՀ դրամ նախատեսվում է հատկացնել նոր ծրագրերի և բեմադրությունների իրականացման համար:

Նշված ծրագրերն իրականացվել են քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության Հր. Ղափլանյանի անվան դրամատիկական և Մհեր Մկրտչյանի անվան արտիստական թատրոններում: Մասնավորապես, նախորդ տարի զգալի փոփոխություններ են իրականացվել Մհեր Մկրտչյանի անվան արտիստական թատրոնում, իսկ վերջերս Հր. Ղափլանյանի անվան դրամատիկական թատրոնին հատկացվել է լրացուցիչ սուբսիդիա՝ 100 մլն ՀՀ դրամի չափով:
Թատրոնում իրականացվող փոփոխությունների առնչությամբ թատրոնի ստեղծագործական կազմը բարձրաձայնել է մի շարք հարցեր, որոնց քննարկման համար թատրոնի կոլեկտիվը ս/թ մայիսի 12-ին, ժամը 15:00-ին հրավիրվել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարան՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Լևոն Հովհաննիսյանի հետ հանդիպման: Սակայն, թատրոնի ներկայացուցիչները նշված հանդիպմանը չեն ներկայացել:
 
Առաջիկայում թատրոնի կոլեկտիվի հետ կկազմակերպվի հանդիպում, որի ընթացքում կներկայացվի թատրոնի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Գոռ Մարգարյանը:
