Մայիսի 16-ին' ժամը 23:20-ին, մարմնի տարբեր մասերի կտրած-ծակած վերքերով ու գանգուղեղի կոտրվածքով Սպիտակի բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել Արսեն Կիրակոսյանը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից։

Լոռու մարզի Ծաղկաբեր գյուղի բնակիչ, 29-ամյա երիտասարդը հոսպիտալացվելուց մեկ ժամ անց մահացել է։

ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների համագործակցված աշխատանքի արդյունքում հանցագործությունը բացահայտվել է թարմ հետքերով։

Մասնավորապես, Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր և Լոռու մարզային վարչությունների, Համայնքային ոստիկանության Սպիտակի և Տարոնի բաժինների ծառայողները պարզել են, որ մի խումբ երիտասարդներ հանդիպել են Լոռու մարզի Մեծ Պարնի գյուղից Կաթնաջուր գյուղ տանող ճանապարհին' կենցաղային հարցերով պարզաբանումներ անելու։

Պարզաբանումը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի։ Այդ ընթացքում մասնակիցներից 28-ամյա երիտասարդը, որը Մեծ Պարնի գյուղի բնակիչ է, քարով, ապա դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել Արսեն Կիրակոսյանի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին։

Մեծ Պարնիի 28-ամյա բնակիչը, ինչպես նաև միջադեպին մասնակցած մի խումբ անձինք ձերբակալվել ու ներկայացվել են տարածքային քննչական բաժին։

Հանգամանքները նախաքննությամբ պարզվում են։
