Իմփիչմենտի գործընթացում հովանավորներ փնտրողներին պետք է ասել հետևայլը.

1. Նախ ՀՀ վարչապետին անվստահություն հայտնելու «հովանավորը» ՀՀ սահմանադրությունն է, ոչ թե ՀՀ առաջին, երկրորդ կամ երրորդ նախագահը: Եվ, եթե ստեղծված աղետալի իրավիճակում, պայքարի այս ձևը վաղուց բացազատելու փոխարեն, գործընթացի հովանավորներ են փնտրվում՝ առնվազն տարօրինակ է:

2.
